Pastry chef on a world food tour.
Hi! My name is Brigitte, and food has always been my passion.
In 2022, after major life changes, my husband and I decided to sell all of our belongings and close our cake shop to embark on a journey of learning about countries through their food.
I'll be in front of the camera doing my best to describe food to make you feel as though you're tasting right along with me.
My husband, who is passionate about creating engaging videos, is behind the camera capturing the food and people we encounter every day.

I really Luv this! ❤ I'm Filipino.
Accidentally found this channel as I was doing food research for Crete. I like that you're actually describing the food and flavors, not just say "good" lol. Good job. Subscribed!
"It's been like 45 minutes since coffee, that means its wine time" that was great!
I love your videos , you make me want to go to all the places and restaurants you visit 🤗 thank you x

Gazoza is detived from the French wird gazeuse which means carbonated. You find that drink all over Greece.
The foil or paper that is always wrapped around the suvlaki pita is not meant to be fully removed. You just tear from the top and keep tearing as you go lower. Otherwise everything falls apart and it is not meant to be eaten as an open taco. The sauce that he put the pita on is simply olive oil. oregano and lemon.
Simply just want to mention to your viewers that falafwl, as delicious as they are, are not a Greek food. I do realize that in the States Greek restaurants tend to mix in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. However, restaurants in Montreal and Toronto do not do that. You will never find falafel or hummus in a Greek restaurant.
Village???!!! Nafplio is a town and once was the very first capital city of Greece!
You must try Filipino beef pares
Thanks I'll have to try it when I visit!
I find the secret is in the mix... egg yolk, beans, beans/sauce, a touch of HP and perhaps bacon and tomato together. Otherwise all you're doing is tasting the components separately... it's the mix that is a big taste.
are you GAL GADOT?
underrated islands ? .... !!!!!! everybody knows but you ...... and now want to inform people ;
Wonderful, but that music intro is way too loud, and it doenst really fit with you or what youre doing.

Complimenti this is by far best on of the best videos of Bologna that I have seen so far!! I had to watch it at least 5 times. Brava!!!
Have you tried Cullatello? Culatello di Zibello OMG the top of the cured meats. Its made in a 5KM area near Parma due to the right atmospheric conditions. Ive seen them being cured for very famous people Prince of Monaco etc all had their names on it.
Yes! I had it at Salumeria Simoni. Exquisite 😍
Aged parmesan can be eaten by those that are lactose intollerant 24 + Id love to show you a Balsamic Vinegar tour and Romagna where Piadina gets better.
FYI the Canary Islands is a small archipelago of the coast of West Africa. Some of the natives immigrated to Cuba.

So happy it’s only at the beginning so enjoyed your presentation
Hello to both of you! Ok I believe you…it’s spicy! The chicken looks amazingly yummy! Yay it’s a Mom and Pop place…Thanks for sharing!
Wow! Look at how that pita looks ! Like a cloud…you both are my new travel duo! Can’t wait to see where you both travel to next. Thanks for sharing!
Welcome aboard!
Monogram made an excellent coffee, The waitress at Kormoranas was so rude we gave up and moved on, To Xani was excellent and the hostess remembered you and the table you sat at. It was the Monday after Easter so the three bakeries were close, Red Jane looked really good from outside.
Is it just me or none of the food looks appealing?
Just you
Music !? Why?!
Hello Brigitte and B’s hubby! Just finished a 10 hr shift and I am catching up on your Atlanta vids. I’m still in the clouds over the Bologna vid, starting to plan our trip. That brisket looks sinfully delicious! Thank you both for showing what Atlanta offers from their food to the culture vibes…awesome!
Oh man, that brisket was too good! Gotta check it out if you're ever I the area 👌🏼
@@whatomorrowbrings Adding Atlanta to bucket list!

I find your good and travel blogs so refreshing, as you are knowledgeable and analytical about cooking and food as well as explore history local culture. Plus, avoid obvious and touristy spots It is a perfect combination for fantasing about future holidays.
Thank you so much. Your comment describes exactly what I strive for in these videos, and i keep working to get better. 💙
You really eat the pilipino way 😅😅😅
with those hips you shouldn't be making food tours. Maybe a gym tour would be more appropriate!
I mean rice
Meat is for vinegar not from rise GODBLESS
So we had an Andres sighting!
I swear I'm not hiding him. He just prefers to be behind the camera 😄
😍🌹
What a great video! I’ve lived here for seven years and haven’t been to half the places you visited. Lewis is one of my favorite spots. I originally had it in Charleston, the original restaurant, and been hooked ever since and was so glad it came to Greenville! Thanks for sharing!
I'm a forever fan of Lewis bbq. I hope they open in one Atlanta. 🙌🏼
Your greek is awesome.
Thanks, I practiced a lot leading up to my visit. 🙏
Everything about this video is fantastic. Just avoid poluting the planet with every coffee.
