Hi! My name is Brigitte, and food has always been my passion.

In 2022, after major life changes, my husband and I decided to sell all of our belongings and close our cake shop to embark on a journey of learning about countries through their food.

I'll be in front of the camera doing my best to describe food to make you feel as though you're tasting right along with me.

My husband, who is passionate about creating engaging videos, is behind the camera capturing the food and people we encounter every day.

    We Brits do 'not' typically put vinegar on a cooked English breakfast, unless it has chips, which isn't really traditional either - we do typically put vinegar on our 'Fish & Chips' however! The breakfast looked lovely, thanks for sharing.

    A cornish pasty with beef swede potato onion carrot and white pepper is worth trying. But best ones probably in cornwall

    Mushy peas are marrowfat peas. They go mushy when you cook them naturally. They have not been in food processor. I get dried marrowfat peas soak and cook they go mushy.very nutritious

    My Grandmother was born and raised in Lokve Croatia. She moved to Calumet MI carring my Mom in 1932. When my parents and I would vist Grandma she made Lamb with roasted potatoes and carrots. It was heaven. When ever I see lamb being served in a restaurant that will always be my to go to dinner.

    Greece has the number 1 best food in the world. Italy 2nd sry but its true. As a Greek i have traveled ALOT and trust me i rly dont care or say it cause im Greek or grew up with this food but HONESTLY 90% of other stuff i try elsewhere seem blunt or tasteless unless its Italy which is rly good as well but a bit overrated and i put it 2nd. I didnt even know spinach turns brown.. hahaha Also Mediterranean cousin is the number 1 healthiest diet

    Sometimes if U are in a budget but your Craving for Adobo, Cooking Rice put fresh egg together to get Boiled Egg, then cook plain Adobo sauce and put the Boiled Egg on it, will get you thru Lunch & Dinner already.. 💕🇵🇭

    I'm from Porto. This francesinha is very dry and the cheese is not very melted. I know places where they are better - for my taste essa bem se poderia chamar americaninha - em tua honra. REGALEIRA : 50 years ago, the sauce was very spicy. your mouth would burn until you saw stars

    I'm sorry what? Why is 2:09-4:26 called "Cretin breakfast"? Extremely poor taste to call CRETANS for CRETIN... CRETIN means something completely different: DEROGATORY•INFORMAL a stupid person (used as a general term of abuse). 2. DATED•MEDICINE a person whose mental and physical development has been impaired by a deficiency of thyroid hormone in fetal or early life. And how on earth did you come up with "Bugata Ha" and "Coco Vaa" for the chapter titles? Not even remotely close, even if you write it in English or with latin letters. The sound those spellings make is even in another universe.

    Παντως, εχετε δικιο που τρελαινεστε με τα φαγητα μας. Εχω παρακολουθησει Αμερικανιδες να μαγειρευουν και...........ειπα, δεν ειναι δυνατον !!!!!! Γιατι βαζετε.....ζαχαρη στα φαγητα σας ;;;;;; Γιατι ΔΕΝ τα ψηνετε καλα ;;;;;; Γιατι βαζετε ωμα λαχανικα στον φουρνο και τα φαγητα σας ειναι μεσα στο.....νερο ;;;;; Το ιδιο κανουν και οι Αγγλοι και οι Γερμανοι, οπου αυτοι ειναι χειροτεροι ακομη !!!!!!!
