Im visiting Germany later this year. I know they aren't exactly the same, but I am so looking forward to things like this there! Thank you for taking us along on this wonderful picnic! :)

Yes I spent a month in Paris last year! There's a lot I miss about it, more and more as time goes by. I'm not sure about the grass rule, I spent most my time on the other side of the park. But I loved seeing the tower from all over the city. So beautiful.

Such a beautiful picnic! I plan to do this with my mom when we go in September. I do have a question though when you got the wine did you notice if they sell like a half a bottle. I’d be the only one drinking because my mom doesn’t drink. I would hate to bring back a whole bottle if my hotel room doesn’t have a fridge.

That's a good question. I didn't notice if they had half bottles, but it's worth checking.
