  If Asm 121 was already witnessed by CBCS there is no need to waste money to get it in a CGC yellow JSA label.

  If cgc presses the ff 48 it won't lose the yellow label and the label says cover detached, so there not much a grade bump it could get based on its flaws already.

  This is what I recommend you videotape your comic book from first page to all the pages inside then the back page with exceptional lighting, and a book comes back a mid grade versus a 9.0 there’s your proof

  Have you done an updated Fantastic-Four Price List ? Back in the late 90’s, my Comic Store owner calls me ? Says he bought a complete box #’s 1-100, Fantastic Four. He wanted 1,2,+3, but asked me if I wanted to buy the rest, GOOD DEAL:$150. ,basically to get his money back. I said sure, need Mylar and Backers. He threw that in. All I did was repack, and box. I don’t read any, but still have them. I bought for years from him. Every Wednesday, I’d buy $20.-$25. Worth of New. I even said pick the New issues out. I never read then, just Mylar/Backers, then Boxed. I honestly have no idea 🤷 what I have. Except for FANTASTIC-FOUR. Thank-You.

There’s page quality, presentation, desirability, etc. Auctions are up and down, and sometimes buyers are willing to pay more if they really want a book. Just because a book should sold cheap doesn’t necessarily mean it’s dropping in price. FF #4 is still a great book to own long term as is X-Men #1. You can get them so cheaply now in this buyer’s market.

  This is such a great topic. However, there's a lot of testing you did that was useless in identifying if it's trimmed. Look for a straight edge vs. a crescent and the look for damage that appears to start out of no where and was (trimmed off).

  I happen to have always wanted that green lantern with the first John Stewart. They have just been priced out of it. I have a question regarding that wolverine number one. Would you spend a little more for a newsstand? Why would you not pay the premium?

  Any idea how much Spiderman 300 first full appearance of venom is worth? I haven’t had it graded nor do I know the steps to get it graded ,I bought it like 30 years ago.

  I too got screwed from Heritage. Like that last comment on heritage and using his max bid was what happened to me 2 times.. I bid on a certain book in 2002 a huge golden age grail. And at the time it was worth 5k roughly for a good grade. So what I did was I went up to 5k and then waited and waited and waited!!!!!!!! And at the end of the auction it never sold!!!!!!!! Even though I was the only bidder at 5k.. I was outraged in their unprofessional behaviour!! And asked what happened never responded by my email and winning bid!!!!!! Because it would have went too cheap and yet I won the book. Then fast forward to 2022 the same book going into the 6 figure price I again bid up to 198,000 for a certain book. That was my max bid!!!!!! And wouldn’t you know it my price was shill bid to my max price knowing it wasn’t going to go that high and yet it stopped at 198,000!!!!!! With that said I said nope I backed out of it knowing jt was shill bid up to my max mid because they knew how high I would go!!!!! So to them at heritage I say this go F yourself if you ever think I would buy anything from those scammers again!!!!

  Cgc has become the realestate agent when it comes to your book. Ohh your books worth 1000 well now we want 3% on top of that book for fair market value. It’s called extortion for their experience. Pure BS!!

  I don't think it is trimmed but you can go online and look at other copies of the book and see if they look the same then you should know for sure.
