Thank you! I followed your instruction, and I am not disappointed. Although it took a bit longer, it was worth the wait. Very impressed with the results of the brisket and just as impressed with my new Z-Grill.
Way over done
Looking forward to making this sandwich!
Grill is fine, I’ve made many great meals off two different Zgrill….maybe Steve, you just suck?

Yeah worst grill ever don't spend money on the small grill. I bought one. 2 grills later it caught on fire burt the whole grill.. tip grill you have to move to do anything in the bottom grill. My grill caught on fire after 3 grills flames 5 feet tall. This grill is horrible and save your money. 3:35 3:36 3:37 3:37 3:38 3:38
❤👍👍👍👍
This is nice but how about replacing the control panel. Which wires connect to which?
Yeaaaaaaa
200 is criminal sir. 😮
Not enough fat to render down to do low and slow. I crank the heat up and flip every 2 min to get a good crust on each side and pull it before 150, wrap in foil and leave it in the oven for about 10-15 min, use the drippings to make a red wine demi with shallots and mushrooms
Fabulous job Tommy! Sandwich is killer as always! Cheers my brother 🍺
Looks tough and dry…try at 125-130* next time
Dude turned it into jerky!
Ive never ate a turkey that tasted like "aromatics" such as cellery ,onion ect ect. ....nope. the flavor does NOT get into the meat. . No point in aromatics. Never had a bird taste like celery ect lmao. Pointless. I think its all about the dry brine. Then oil it with some high smoke point oil ,then cook it. Lol. I use orvils butter oil and poultry seasoning on the skin. Thats it .
Idk why but this guy reminds me of that dude that rates pizza on Bar Stool Sports. Just Me?
Ive heard that before-. Also, Macho man Randy Savage, and that painter dude Bob Ross... lol Thanks for watching.
I think you answered my question.. Was wondering off anyone made pellets with no flavour eg Metairie cherry some 3 etc... So we can taste the seasoning we might have prepared or bought.. Used oak heh
G to the ay
Smithfield is a Chinese owned company, find another source of meat
Nobody cares, cook what you want and everyone else will do the same. Crying like a lonely old fart
@@vonnshort965 Educating, not crying. What is your mother making you for lunch today between twitch sessions?
I guess you can see how much people give a fuck
@@vonnshort965 Thanks. Funny because he typed that post on a chinese made phone. lol
@@thegalleryBBQ people online expect other people to live and act like they do. The entitlement is real
So my z grill will get hot, around whatever temp I need, it will be fine for 5 minutes than it just falls down to 180f or lower? I can hear the blower and the auger? Any ideas
I’ve smoked a lot of fish and steelhead beats salmon every day. Do them together and see which one you like more.
Does it have a hopper clean out door?
Is the 100022B2E the same?
200 no, it's not brisket, but that looked like good beef Jerky 👍👍👍👍
Shit looks dry
Do you usually cook on the warming rack ?
Most of the time, Yes. Better temp control.... More even.
@@thegalleryBBQ Thanks for the reply
Love this grill...but cant find one in Canada... Where the double wall would be most needed
"Purple works best" 😂 why would the color of the rag matter?
Thank you
This is food porn
stupid video from a stupid product
200? You fucking insane??? It’s a tri-tip not a brisket. 130 OFF THE SMOKER. Shit 125 and reverse sear after a rest even. 200 and you’ve ruined it. No barbecue tips from this dude
You're not Dan-O. Stop trying.
You just save me a lot of time and trouble my wife just got me this new smoker eR2 keeps showing up but I watched the video and BAMM now I know what I was doing wrong. Thanks man!
Heaven in a shell
You overcooked the tar out of it
Anyone know why my pellet box started to reverse burn meaning the pellets started to catch fire in the pellet box from the auger
There are several reasons why you might be experiencing issues with the flame. One possibility is the accumulation of ash in the hot pot or the pellets not burning in a timely manner, leading to multiple ignitions. Another factor could be if the pellets have absorbed moisture, causing them to stick together in the auger and creating problems.
This looked dry af. Pass. 😅
Dude ruined it
Hi Tommy, I saw you got a 11002b z grill, so I got one. I love it. I did ribs omg 😊
Sounds awesome. Ribs on the Z is hard tio beat! Enjoy and if you ever have any questions. LMK-
Yeah I'm not doing that. Enjoy it though 😊
fantastic video. my smoker arrives in a few days. I also was confused by the contradictions in the manual, and the intended separation of steps in the process. This was easy to follow along with.
Error 2 fixed thanks bud
Super cook Tommy! Fantastic looking pork loin , the neighbors were lined up for this ! Even Molly 😂. Looked delicious, Cheers brother 🍻
My man. Cheers brother!
Wow Tommy it looks so delicious and can only imagine how good it smells. Great recipe.
Robert. Thanks-. This one's a must make. So good.
Looks Great Tommy ...Take those pan drippings and make a gravy for some mash potatoes ...
Thanks John. Good call on those drippings!
Threw me a curve when it shows plugging into a 240V AC outlet, truly excited me in thinking I made a huge investigation effort on these grill!! Why would you profess 240V AC? Not at all impressed at the very first of your video!
