Just made this today. One suggestion. Smash the cherries when you make the glaze (my wife’s idea…of course). That way they stay on the meat and don’t roll off all over the place.

I'm not allowed to smoke or use charcoal at the house I'm renting, so I tried my best to do this all with the oven. It was one of the best hams I've ever had.
