You adjust the twine disc by putting shim washers either on the top, or bottom,e of the worm gear shaft.

Very bloody informative 👌🏼 I’m doing my injector seals this weekend. I’ve watched a video and he mentioned nothing that you have, in fact i was left under the impression the injector clamp bolts were 20 nm, not 3. I have a 1.9 ATD, 118500 miles on it but it’s 21 years old. I’m getting a lot of blue/whote smoke on start up (cold) and I can smell the oil in the fumes. Also my oil stinks of diesel. I’ve bought OEM seal kit and new injector clamp bolts, and rocker cover gasket. I’m glad you said rocker arm bolts are 20 nm then 90°. I’m lucky that 2 miles from my house is “just German parts” who only sell OEM. Thanks for this video 🤙🏼

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. Look what you did for me. My baler went from skipping probably one every 15 bales to not skipping a single one in 390 bales this very evening! That was after making some adjustments earlier today based your video. God bless you brother!

Don’t do this. There are better ways to keep your normal functions and if your normal functions ain’t working than go thru and figure out why and replace it then just add a Y to a switch and give your oil temp sensor ground when you flip on the switch and u can run the fan when u want.

Can someone tell me what an f26.9 check is and how to carry it out with an analyser also what to do if you find an issue what numbers to look for causes potential issues where and what to recheck after putting case back on and how to electrically check and isolate before carrying out works ?

Thanks, great info on crappy video. Not that I am much better. I tried toothpaste few years ago, will try some polishing stuff. I want to increase my injector pressure also a little. And want to gey some chatter if possible. Thanks.

Great video, really detailed - appreciate it. Just removed 5 injectors from my 05 transporter 230,000 2.5 BNZ this afternoon , found top seals failing plus higher wear in injector bore nearest tandem pump. Also have cam and rocker wear....also on the list. Cheers

Then I'm bck to square one .. eginning to regret tge hydrogen clear out..mechanic was quite brutal revving her up..as soon as a male friend came to watch he'd go fairly gently. I dunno..this Iveco ain't nothing like my 98 tranny

I've taken 2 of these out as they've stopped working. Having cleaned them up, I connected them up one at a time on my outdoor bench and without water engaged the startup switch, fingers etc well out of the way! The motor would hum but neither of them would spin. I assume the motors have expired. Of course when they do jamb up nobody thinks to turn the power off so I'm wondering if they then just burn out. It seems such a waste to just throw them out, they are very expensive to replace. Thank you for your informative video, very much appreciated.
