  Wondering why you use "master bedroom" instead of some other term? As a southerner, I understand the history of that turn of phrase, and personally disapprove of it. But you do you etc. I generally love your content!!

  I completely understand and agree with where you're coming from. It's a term that is definitely being faded out given the context/history of it. I actually try to make sure to say "primary bedroom" instead, but so many people still use "master" so it slips on occasion. Appreciate you watching though!

  Living in Texas ( DFW area) since ‘98 I lived on Big Pine for 8 years back in the 80’s. It’s definitely NOT comparable!!! If I had the money- my butt would be back in the Keys!!

  @@FLKeysMadeleine OMG! I have moved back and forth many times. I love both places.. but, as they say- you can shake the sand from your shoes but, it never leaves your soul. We were caretakers of the Girl Scout camp ( Camp Wesumkee) - that was the best place I have ever lived!! Thank you for your response. Have a blessed day. ❤️ 🌴

  Great property! Excellent tour! Too many real estate folks get too artsy and forget to actually show the property. This is a good video to teach younger brokers with. No unfocused close-up of an orchid with pretty music behind it. It's nice to see a pro do her work correctly. "Just show the gd house, Larry. There's no oscars for real estate walk throughs" 😂😂

  Yes, they are actually! Roughly $5500/year for wind. $800/year for homeowners. No flood insurance required since it’s in an X flood zone. Thanks for watching 🤗

  No, this area is monthly rentals only. Weekly rentals are mainly in Marathon and Key Colony area. This home currently serves as primary residence.
