Aaron, got to comment on the videography. Not showing your reflection in the mirror when walking through the house, nice touch. I am going to go with well thought out rather then lucky. Madeline, you look very professional and well dressed for the profession and climate. I am trying to figure out how to afford housing in the upper keys in four years to enjoy scuba diving during retirement. Well done. Love a young couple working hard and making their own way.

Insurances are definitely much lower because it’s a newer build! Flood insurance is less than $500/year, wind insurance is around $2700/year, and homeowner’s is around $1000/year, but that varies on how much contents coverage you have. Thanks so much for watching! 😊

You can get creative! You could have accessory structures (i.e. pool, tiki hut, etc.) and add a lot of vegetation to create your own personal oasis! It does not have a building permit to build another single family home.

Not an option on building another SFH. It’s too difficult to say on price, many factors/variables for an ADU unless I know more details. What are you thinking to possible build?
