Right?! It’s stunning and the views are amazing. The first bedroom does not have doors on it, but the other two doors. I believe they planned to make that bedroom more of a multi-purpose office/workout space, so they left it open. Buyer can decide how they’d like to use the space. You could easily add doors (or even barn doors!) if you wanted to though. Thanks so much for watching 😊

Yes, there are several restrictions with rentals in the Keys. The main area that allows weekly rentals is in the City of Marathon. However, feel free to call me so I can explain more in depth. :)

As a bonus, we'll throw in a few pythons and alligators. Be careful out there Madeleine! ✌

If the rest of the Country ever figures out that snakes, alligators and hurricanes are not much of a worry to Floridians, everybody that loves year-long warm weather, warm water for diving, snorkeling and saltwater fishing and the outdoors would be living in Florida! But, with homes at $750,000+, I guess more than a few have figured the appeal out! Rats!!!

I've never seen one out here. Crocs are mainly in the Upper Keys.

Alligators, nah. Snakes, probably some mangrove ones- fairly harmless!

I mean I like all the animals that want to kill me n eat me as much as the next guy but the amount of mosquitoes must be crazy

Yeah, bugs will happen in nature. The Keys treat mosquitos regularly, but can’t get them all!
