Wow...fantastic video..This home was well thought out and very practical in its use of space. I LOVED the Brass yard art!

Simply elegant. Certainly a consideration for anyone considering lake life.

For 22m I would expect higher quality in the interior. Kitchen's seem to be 'standard' not 'high/luxury' quality. Build seem to be again only wooden frame with dry walls.

@BijahD Yes sewage spills into the lake multiple times a year, not to mention the lake only exists because the water is used for cooling something in the nuclear plant then circulated back into lake.

I used to work at a NC lab and lake Norman samples always had an abundance of fecal coliform bacteria.

Excellent video! Stunning home and property! My favorite was the gazebo and main living area with incredible sunrise/sunset views. I would think one of our professional team players (NFL, NBA, or Charlotte FC) would appreciate the privacy, lake access and luxurious features offered in this home!

It isn't actually an island. It is a peninsula with a land connections. It is accessibly by car.

you are great but a more indept walkthrough would be cool. you do alot of moving around and dont really show how it lays out. I dont know if its just me or if its a guy thing but show the yard a bit more and a quick flash of the garage would be cool. any who keep it up

This property is in Huntersville, NC!

It maybe a custom one of a kind light fixture, but it looks like they started with length section of a 55 gal. barrel. 🙄🤫

Outstanding 👍 my favorite part was the master bathroom! Totally separate and independent from the rest of the house 🤣🤣🤣

Not actually an island. Advertising gimic. Video shows the drive, so does Google Earth.

At this point in time the price has dropped but the biggest issue I have with this house is ITS RIGHT NEXT TO A NUCLEAR POWER PLANT.

It's interesting when realtors neglect to indicate the country, state, or city a property is located in.

There is a driveway connecting the island to the mainland. You can drive up to the front door.

😮 this area is only expensive because of the NASCAR a culture drivers live on this Lake

It's nice, but it's showing it's age a bit. ATM, it's $4 million less and it's available for sale.

In my humble opinion the best part of the house and best selling point is the property itself, the land. The house itself with all due respect doesn’t feel like a 22 million dollar house. I do like the house don’t get me wrong, just not worth the price in my opinion. I would consider an offer for sure, but certainly not 22 million, would be less than that. I understand some profit needs to be made and I’m all about paying enough to gain profit, but 22 million it’s an overkill.

I disagree. What makes a property valuable is location, access and view. This is not really an 'island' but a peninsula with a land bridge connecting it. It is only a half hour from Charlotte International Airport, with waterfront views on all sides and a separate guess house. The house itself is not to everyone's taste but none are. It is opulent enough for a good 'wow factor'. It has utilities like water, electric and natural gas as well. It has a septic system but most properties outside of the city in North Carolina do. I don't know if someone will buy it for $22 million but it isn't a ridiculous asking price.

You’ll never get $22 million. Needs a ton of updating.

It is a cool property. The video style kindo of sucks, just constructive criticism. These are 100x better when if one does a complete walk-through so the watcher can actually feel how the house is set up. This jumping from fireplace to the kitchen to the next does not give a good representation of the house. such a poor representation of the whole property. and in the beginning it looks like an island but I gather it is not. I'll sub for now to help but consider a full walk through i bet it would really boost your channel.
