Great property! Excellent tour! Too many real estate folks get too artsy and forget to actually show the property. This is a good video to teach younger brokers with. No unfocused close-up of an orchid with pretty music behind it. It's nice to see a pro do her work correctly. "Just show the gd house, Larry. There's no oscars for real estate walk throughs" 😂😂

No, this area is monthly rentals only. Weekly rentals are mainly in Marathon and Key Colony area. This home currently serves as primary residence.

Wait another 6 months and you can buy it for 750K.

Hey! So sorry for getting back to you so late. We don’t have the wind insurance rate (I believe they self insured), but I’d guess somewhere around $5k-$6k for wind a year. Homeowners is around $1500/year.
