My parents bought 900 sq ft for $35,000 in 1999. A few years of rampant crime and hurricanes should return prices to normal levels. :)

Lol… well, in 1999 a gallon of gas in Florida was about 55 cents. A lot has changed since then. As far as hurricanes go, we’ve had hurricanes since the Keys have been habited and homes are still appreciating. I wouldn’t hold your breath!
