Thanks for sharing! I walk through Old Town a couple of times a year past these old houses, in the summer, after some of the tourists have cleared out, and I always wondered what they looked like inside. Pretty reasonable price for Old Town. Not my thing though as I am a Big Piner. But those who like the KW lifestyle will snatch that up in a minute. I won't be surprised if it sells in less than 14 days.

Thanks so much for watching 🤗 It’s not my listing, just doing a home tour of it. However, listed at $1M, it’s not far off based on comps. The value is def the location (you’re in Old Town, close to everything, minutes from Duval St, beaches, Mallory Square, etc.), off street parking which is RARE in Old Town, and the land itself.

Not on the water, small outdated house, small yard seems like a bit much. Stunning outfit though!

They aren’t making anymore islands, so land here is in high demand.

I get location but people need to be realistic on pricing.

I’d think buying a houseboat for 150,00 and visiting each key during the winter and then working on up the gulf coast during the summer get the full Florida experience…. Does that sound plausible to anyone?… or am I showing off my ignorance 😮

Mmm, idk about that. I can think of MANY other areas/markets that (in my opinion) aren’t as amazing as the Florida Keys that cost this much or more. Appreciate you watching regardless! 😊

Sure, no problem! Miami, Naples, Anna Marie, Palm Beach FL areas, anywhere in CA, NY, HI.. Old Town Key West’s price per sqft averages around $1200 (obviously varies depending on certain factors). California’s is up to $5k/per sqft! Idk about you, but I’ll take my island lifestyle & ability to jump on a boat anytime to fish, dive, & enjoy Caribbean waters. Living where most vacation costs a premium! Good day! 🤗

Who in their right mind would pay over a million dollars for that chopped up dump. The agent did a great job but the pictures don't lie. Be nice if they would show the cost of hurricane/flood insurance. What goes up must come down and that includes overpriced Florida Keys real estate.

Three most important things in real estate are, location, location and location. No place like the Florida Keys. My dad use to say “they ain’t making no more of this” as he tapped the ground with his foot.

Been to Key West many times and know all about Location,Location,Location.Just saying that I think that price for that house is pure insanity.That lot is not worth $1,200,000 as a tear down. That house is a chopped up mess.I have no doubt that someone will pay that price.
