Loved the video. Question, is this property close to water access/boat ramp? Can a 24ft boat be stored at the property. No central AC? Saw wall unit. Any landmarks near?

Thanks so much for watching! There’s a public boat ramp just 5 minutes away! Yes, you can absolutely store a boat of that size on the property. No central AC, but we got a quote for what it would cost to install and it’s about $17k. There’s lots of landmarks nearby- nature, restaurants, parks, etc!

That really has little bearing. Windows and door type, roof, and siding. Windstorm rate for this house is under 4k a year.
