People create aggressive dogs by training and selective breeding. It's the people that have always been the problem. Treat dogs as dogs and not human creations (breeds), strip away the human arrogance.

I wss grabbed & biten by a mean dog when I was 8 & I've been terrified of all dogs ever since. Anyway, I love your channel & I've learned so much about all different kinds of dogs and their behaviors......and I'm starting to not be so scared. Lol.. unless it's an unleashed scary beast cryptid mongrel & I can see teeth!! Oh, or a Chihuahua! 🐈⬛🐈🐅 🐆🐈🐈⬛ 🐈🐈⬛🐅
The thing with Akitas is they don’t give you any warning. This week I was dog sitting one I have had before. I knew to be careful and go slow, but after spending the whole day playing, even play fighting in the yard, I let my guard down. At bedtime I bent down to kiss goodnight and she bit my face, detached my nose and punctured my cheek to the jawbone. No noise made at all, no warning, just a sudden chomp. It believe it was an instinctive bite, perhaps due to me being too much in her space when she was tired and ready to be left alone. She quickly came to her senses and realized I was her friend, but those massive jaws still do a lot of damage in short order. You definitely wouldn’t want to be the victim of a prolonged intentional attack. They are cool dogs, and amazing guard dogs, but as cute and fluffy as they are I wouldn’t be putting my face next to one during stressful activities like grooming!

My Akita was the most loving, gentle and sucker for cuddles Akita ever. She loved people, she always allowed us to gave her baths, she was a gentle giant.
