I'm a little late to the party but want to thank you for this, worked perfectly and used them for my Warhammer fantasy battle reports on my channel. Love the content!

Thank you for this video, I was looking for a way to texture cardboard to appear as concrete. Does the polyfilla texture ever flake off or break off at all? is there any chance of it coming off once its on? Im thinking of mixing Modpodge into the spackle and black paint mix.

Amazing. I want to tru this technique with medieval style builds. What kind of filler are you using here?

Maybe missed something but is there a reason the crust is cut off before actually carving the foam into shape. Asking this while my foam is drying

Thanks for the video...very informative so now I know how to do my bus diorama .... Tamiya masking tape is best used for the AK asphalt and you need to spray it lightly not dab it as it will bleed through the masking tape....love the idea of the pavement...

Great to see a cutting mat abused more than mine. But Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Great tip. Thank Yooooo! Used a craft heat gun on a brand of foam board I can't identify but which had defeated any other way of peeling off the surface card/paper. Heat worked very quickly on a small 3x3 inch square.. Will try a full A3 sheet later.

What you are calling the incorrect method was PERFECT for creating stone/terrain similar to terrain found in Moab, Utah which is just what I am going for. Just a thought, you can apply your alternate (wrong) methods for alternative applications of the technique. I know I am grateful for the explanation of the two methods because I have used the needed method for two major RC tracks and it has worked amazingly well. Thank you.

Don't put a Resin printer in a room you can't ventilate. That the resin stinks is the least of your worries.

great video! I think it's better to make an embrasure a bit higher and make a kind of a step near it, so the figures would be covered insight and protected from direct fire, and figures on the step could do shooting
