    in USA Krylon makes latex spray paint which is water based. it's half the price of the stuff you have listed.

    Nice. Another water based spray paint. I’ve been using Liquitex and MTA Waterbased. Still love the colors available with Liquitex though. I love that there are more and more water-based sprays being used in the hobby.

    Yeah, I know stuff has existed but it's nice to have someone as big as Army Painter join in and brand it specifically for xps foam basically.

    If you are going to spray and not confident for sure. No harm in black paint and mod podge though!

    @@ThatNathan It's a good way of protecting foam but it may not be needed and is a bit slower :)

    Definitely a niche that should be successful. There are also sprays intended for use on floral foam that work well, but may not be widely available. Cheers!

    Sure, they do exist, it's not a new miracle product but having army painter make them I think is good.

    What a great idea! Do you have any idea whether you could base coat with one color and then do a second coat with a cheaper rattle can in your preferred color to avoid damage?

    I'd like to see a comparison on how hard wearing this paint is. I think there are other brands of foam safe spray. In particular I think some of the textured paint is safe.

    The paint is the same I think, it's the propellant, and it might be slightly weaker but it had no coverage problems. there are some paints that don't melt but you have to know them, this is something you can rely on.

    @@edevans5991 Yeah I have had this issue with cheap sprays, not being able to make it quite right after the fact because no matached paint.

    @@cloud4an It's another one of those quationable things. In theory you can, because you are spraying on to the paint or mod podge or whatever but in practice I have never tried it, so I would deffo do a test on a piece first!

    i got a question is there a video on your chanel what to use on carboard before priming so that cardboard doesnt warp? or a video of such kind ) btw thank you for this review before this video i havent even heard of their new product ) so thank you and God bless you

    Hey, so in all my cardboard builds I pretty much cover it in filler /spackle. I generally only do a thin layer but it hides the card texture and once dry stiffens up really nicely. Just beware, that during the application your card will feel like its going to fall apart, at that point, stop and let it dry, and then proceed. Thank you kindly :)

    Hey! No difference to me! Well I don't know the %'s or anything that each one takes but I try and treat them both the same as much as possible, Patreon lets you ato assign discord roles, but youtube gives you a icon in chat (and maybe comments). But no real difference to me, I am grateful no matter how anyone supports. I like having both just as it gives people options, I basically just act like it's all one thing. Sorry that didn't help much, but do whatever is best for you :) And I am bad at updating the USA one but I will look into it. Thanks for all your support :)

    I didn't want to make the video super long but basically spraying is quicker and if you don't want to protective layer or you are going to varnish it, this is great.
