It's amazing. This piece looks a totally effective bit of kit. Most folks never try, or they half-ass it. You turned out terrain to be proud of, in time to make 3 more in a work day! To borrow from Magneto, "You are a god among insects. Never let anyone tell you different."

Not that bad. The main problem was rushing the paint job so you could easily fix that. You can get a touch more texture by cladding the foamcore edges with zip ties. Could be used to edge the walkways as well. In the US I've found that "Soffit Vents" are a good source of walkways.

Jay, it’s a great build! It’s NOT a fail - because you produced a great-looking model. And you learned a thing or two or three along the way (always a success, I reckon). It’s a ‘fail’ in terms only of time to build but I think that’s an artificial construct (no pun intended) to start with. To me, the end product is more important than any reasonable time it takes to build it. Conclusion: ditch the whole 1 hour concept. It’s a gimmick. You produce great work. Keep it up! I’ve learned a lot. Thank you!
