Great video. I love making terrain out of junk. It's amazing what a a coat of paint does to cheap plastic trash. I paint those little plant pots (the square ones that seedlings come in), stencil some stuff onto them, and use them as storage containers or buildings.

I stole terrain from my dentist office 😅 they had some sweet castles for the kids to play with and I yoinked it and don’t feel the least bit bad. Screw the kids, captain daddo needed some new terrain for his man models. Long story short, take care of your teeth because your Kill Teams deserve it.

Great vid..i love reusing stuff for terrain. If you happen to play guitar, wound strings make amazing tubing as well, even on 28mm figs themselves.

Oh I just found a pack of strings cleaning out my desk when I reorganized the studio!

How am I just now seeing a technique using a sponge like this? Hundreds of videos and Ive only ever seen a sponge used as a secondary source of detail. This will absolutely fix some of the problems I have with paint lines. Good Lord. RIP my old buildings, papa buying more sponges.

amzn.to/3ruvVPM Lately I find cheap makeup sponges to work best. Anything that has a good flat side to it.

You really don’t need a full mask for super glue. Just avoid sniffing it too closely. You’ll be fine.

I have paused during ads to put my guess. An old GameCube console? If not I'm doing that as some kinda terrain. I have a nonfunctioning one......hmmm
