I heard your story of coming back to Jesus from new age. And so many things you went through i too did. And ive been watching your videos through out my ”awakening” over 10 years ago. Feels cool to come back to Jesus aswell. The enemy brought me back to Jesus. It was the only thing that eased spiritual attacks. I would never had let go of new age. Its kind of hard to let go of yoga and meditation but it was all a lie. It only had me addicted to the promise of becoming healed and bonding with people over trauma and excessive vulnerability.
Ladies that’s beautiful. I love that for you. I hope you get that. Let’s be realistic, that doesn’t happen for everyone. It just doesn’t. Most often, regardless of the situation, a Mother has no choice but to have to do both because she is left alone to handle all of that responsibility on her own.

This is crazy…. I was sitting here randomly thinking why don’t I see “my girls” on KZread and realized I was logged in under my second account I use to research. Then boom the first post I see is good ol’ Shameless Maya speaking on where I am at currently. I was in my bathroom crying trying to figure out why I am not happy. I have money, some access, and the things they say you should have but I feel numb….. it’s the constant of achieving and getting more and that more is leading to my unhappiness. I was telling my husband I was most happy in our one bedroom apartment with neighbors fighting next door and working a job that paid horrible, but I loved. I needed to hear this in this moment. I am going to start working on a plan to scale back .

I’m glad I came upon your video bc I’m in a shift from the lukewarm, “open minded” Christian archetype. I explored different ideas for years, and eventually (and inevitably) psyched myself out into overwhelming anxiety attacks from exhibiting hyper existentialism. Needless to say I am running back to God full speed.
I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 30k in crypto and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million.

I'm writing a book too. Mine was also due in May, but I didn't meet that deadline 😅 greatness takes time, though. Just keep doing at least 1% each day. Small efforts build to major progress 🌱
Writing a book is no small feat. And designing it??? Congratulations! It does take a while, though. Three months was...a nice thought. 😅 I always say that it takes as long as it takes. Side note: It doesn't have to take 7 years (well, 7 summers really), like my novel is taking me. 😄

Writing is a lot of work and isolation. I think bc people can read books pretty fast they think writing takes a short time too, but it can take months to years to write. I admire all good writers bc I know it takes a long time. I took. 3 years just to write my dissertation. I can only imagine a book!!
I was so naive! But I think my naivety has taken me far 😅 Much respect to you and anyone else writing! The levels!

birthday is 5/20?? Sooo does that make you a taurus??? That explains the need to control. I was raised by a taurus (I am a leo). And control is a big trait of people with that sign. But it's good that you're learning to "go with the flow". There's a book about this (or several) to put into your arsenal. Shonda Rhymes -- year of yes (a great read) and the surrender experiment by Michael Singer.
