My husband is on BP meds. This being the case, what is the process of getting him off the meds? Do you REC checking his BP as you taught in this video? And because he is on meds already is this an affective way to determine his true BP?

I would love to believe this, but this doesn't isn't my experience. The reason I've watched this, is because I want to be able to eat red meat. I am wondering if it's something whether it be fed to the animal or injected. I'm considering purchasing from good ranchers, but I can't justify putting out that kind of money to find out on the first hamburger, that I can't eat anymore of it. If anyone knows about being able to eat certain red meat that has been fed a clean diet and not have all the garbage pumped into them, and that making the difference, please let me know

The democrats ideas of diversity is fake virtue signalling and not substantive Both parties support genocide and endless wars. They don’t actually care about anyone. I support the Green Party and cornel west.

So this dude tries to talk trash about his peer Dr. Berg hahha. First of all, you lost me when you explained that honey is bee vomit and then you started to talk about how our ancestries eat. Any idiot with common sense understands the benefits and proprieties of NATURAL RAW honey that definitely you cannot find in your US chemicals and how that was used since ancient times with real benefits for the body and mind. I come from a country in Eastern Europe where natural raw honey is largely produces and sportive personalities are adding that on top of their high protein food and it does miracles for them. Should I start and talk about royal jelly and what these enzymes are doing to hormonal balance and so on? Oh, I guess not, you clearly know it. lol

In 2007, I was given Cipro & a few weeks later Levaquin for a sinus infection. I did not know about Fluroquinalones, or that both were in that class. The short version is that within a week later, I woke up one morning very cold & completely paralyzed from the chest down, rushed to the ER & diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. I had multiple lesions on my spine, two were incomplete transverse lesions at T3 & L4, & one was a longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis lesion from T3 spiraling down my spine to my tailbone & out through the Cauda. I had no sensation or sense of feeling below T3. I remained paralyzed for 2 years. During that time I took months of PT, & IV steroid therapy. Finally, I began to recover some sensation and later some movement. At the end of 4 years, I was able to start learning how to walk again with assistance from crutches or a walker. Now, 17 years after the initial attack, I can walk on my own, but I still lose my balance easily. I still have pain & numbness in different areas that were affected. After the two years I had to take IV steroids, my immune system crashed. That’s called Immunodeficiency. Now I still have to get my IgG, IgA, IgM & IgE checked about every 4 months. I also had to get IV Immunoglobulin infusions for two years to try & build my immune system back up, but then I reacted to something in the serum. So now I can’t have that anymore. I’ve become reactive to all of the antibiotics except the mycins & the cyclines. Everything else makes me react. I’ve also become sensitive to all pain meds related to morphine, codeine, or any derivative of those two, or antibiotics related to sulfa, & penicillin. Basically, there are two antibiotics I can still take in the family of Doxycycline or Clarithromycin. It’s been a wild, excruciating ride that damaged several of my bodily systems, and prevents me from being able to get treatment for the many viral or bacterial infections that I’ve experienced since then. I have to be careful not to expose myself to other people with illnesses. I have to be careful visiting with my son & daughter, & my grandchildren. So I spend the majority of my time at home with my dog. My husband has to be careful not to catch viruses at work & bring them home to me, which still happens more than I’m comfortable with. Hopefully he’ll retire this year & I won’t have to stay homebound with illness as much as in past years. I still wish I had known the risks before I ever took that first Cipro tablet, & I hope my message will convince others to be careful about taking these meds. They really should be outlawed.

I cut out bread about a year ago and in January 2024 I started a Keto diet. I had the Keto rash which was a little annoying at the time. However the good news is I’m feeling great, lost weight from 14 to 12 stones and at 68 have the energy of a mid thirty year old. Brain function also improved. I had 5 stents fitted about 16 years ago and on medication for such. I feel so good I think I could stop them but I’m not brave enough. I’d like to thank to Dr. Westman, Dr. Berry and their many guests. Thank God for you all. I just feel guilty I’ve not yet been able to convince my family and friends of this diet as I’d love for everyone to have the advantages I’m having.

Doctors Sergions Etc... How many facts, truths, proofs, and contradictory information before we will know what's really what from one Doctor or Surgeon to another. The medical-industrial complex is losing credibility fast because of this sort of thing. Yet doctors etc... will pump you full of harmful drugs Etc...getting kickbacks are not so authoritative, Doctors and Surgeons Etc... with prestigious degrees from Ivy League schools have poor responsibility when it comes to the Hippocratic oath of which there are different ones all of which are virtually meaningless and are scamming the public raking in the cash with impunity yet a necessary evil in our society. So what Doctor or Surgeon is righter than the other Doctors and Surgeons. Talk is cheap Where is the Science, Peer review, ? Respectfully Shut the F- Up

I was diagnosed officially a few days ago, and fall under the "normal" bodytype type 2 range. Super frustrating to find out, but I'm glad I learned now instead of after the damage. I'm struggling right now with the new diet, but I also know it's better to be a little sad about my food than have no toes or a shot liver.

I donated and applaud all of this work. My only concern is your comments on taking money from meat raisers and broccoli raisers etc.. Yes, while this is real food, it is still corporate support and could be interpreted as just the "other side" of corporations being seen as possibly influencing recommendations. I would recommend that no corporate dollars be taken at all. Otherwise many may point the finger that you are doing the same thing. Great work, but this feature seems bad optics and potentially perceived as biased.

Drs Berry and Ovadia are talking about grass fed meat, which is good for you; however, grain fed meat is not good for you. In the States you can find grass-fed meat, but in Canada the garbage sold at the supermarkets is almost exclusively grain fed, because our grass is covered in snow six months of the year. Meat is good, but it depends on the food the animal was fed during its lifetime.

Your LDL's are only dangerous if they are glycated. Keto does raise your LDLs, but if you bring your HbA1C down, the LDL will not be so dangerous. Besides, the worst part of bad cholesterol is APO-B. APO-B is the covering of the fat cells in your blood stream and it contains VLDLs (Very Low-Density Lipoprotiens). These will clog up the lumen of your arteries far quicker than simple LDLs. Ask your doctor about your APO-B and your HbA1C. You want both to be low for great heart health.

I have an estrogen dependant condition so I can’t have dairy or eggs because of the naturally occurring hormones in dairy cause my condition to worsen quite quickly as does soy. I am on a medical ketogenic diet for seizure control but I’m living on processed seed oils and such a low amount of protein I feel tired and struggle to maintain weight and muscle. I would like to eat more meat especially red meat because it helps my energy and I can stay-in ketosis by combining smaller amounts of meat with lots of fat but I’m not sure if there are naturally occurring hormones in meat. I can buy hormone free meat but that’s only about added hormones what about naturally occurring estrogen or growth hormone in meat are they naturally occurring in animal meat. Animals have hormones obviously do those hormones stay in the animal tissue. As bad as seed oils are for you they have not effected my estrogen levels at all or worsened my condition like chicken and dairy products soy and eggs did quickly and noticeably on my blood tests. Even when buying grass fed beef am I getting naturally occurring hormones from the cows tissue do you know because I would like to go from living on seed oil mostly and some low carb vegetables and cheese which I can have limited amounts of to eating beef and animal fat

We don't eat a lot of red meat because we can't afford it. And haven't been able to for many years. We used to have a roast on Sunday and ground beef once or twice a week. We haven't had a roast in a couple of years. To buy a butcher steer is about $3,500 +.. I want to know how people can afford a carnivore diet? What can lower income people eat? To be able to buy a house today you have to make about $100,000/yr. Rent is out of sight. What are people supposed to do? I can grow vegetables but not a cow. I am really tired of affluent people pushing expensive foods. We eat one meal a day.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I had to pull teeth for my doctor to order me an A1C test and she would not order me a GGT test. She said the regular liver and lipid tests were enough. I told her that I learned the GGT test was even more specific. She then repeated what she’s ordering is enough. How can I convince her to change her mind and order a GGT test. Can you make a video on the importance of a GGT test when you have fatty liver if you have time? Thank you in advance.

A lot of discussion on Keto/Carnivore helps with diabetes but not as much about the benefits with cancer. My husband had a metastatic cancer and is undergoing immunotherapy as well as doing Keto and the doctor is shocked at how fast he responded. He is now cancer free, although immunotherapy will continue for another six months.
