I went plant based when I was 69 years old and at the time a recent heart bypass patient and a type two diabetic on about 5 meds. When I started, I had already been eating fairly clean (no added sugars and limited grain products) for about 4 months. Labs were taken at that 4 month point. The year of eating plant based fixed nothing, same numbers, same meds. Switched to keto and after 9 months (more labs), all meds were gone, A1C 6.4 down to 5.2, heart ejection fraction up 11% going from 37% to 48%, fatty liver gone and bp was normal, and my trig/HDL ratio was and is under .5. People MUST do their own research. Being a sheep and blindly following is doom.

I didn't watch the series, but u are in the direction of being correct. Eating grass fed AND finished animals that eat organically and off the NATURAL land but NOT factory raissd animals is absolutely the way to go, and I preach this to ppl when they say, "Red/Animal meat is bad for u..." as they go into that vegan bullshit. Veganism makes ppl crazy because they're not getting the nutrients that ONLY animals provide, which I also preach along with the fact that there is a symbiosis between humans, animals, and the earth as many animals have large offspring at once and rather quickly compared to humans and/or are very large to be able to supply us with plenty of sustenance for thise who claim that "eating animals is wrong" bullshit. They are also meant to be eaten so not to overrun the earth. Circle of life.

We need to fight the good fight against vegan propaganda. Human beings are carnivores. I used to be 100+ lbs overweight, I have Hashimoto's Tyroiditis. It was improperly treated. My thyroid got so low at one point I almost passed out while waiting for a city bus. I used the bathroom sometimes 6-7 times a day. One peanut butter and jelly sandwich would land me immediately on the toilet for 2-3 hours at a time. I tried every diet you can think of. The only diet that has worked is this: 2 lbs of ground beef or lamb, with 8-12 eggs a day. I was 310 lbs at my largest weight. Now, I am roughly 176 lbs. Though I have not had my testosterone levels checked as of yet, I feel a significant increase in energy and physical endurance, overall. I was taking 120 grams of Kratom a day as well, to stop constant diarrhea and/or IBS. The carnivore diet literally saved my life and my marriage. I hope EVERYONE learns about this diet. Ken, my story is harrowing and hopeful as well, considering my progress. I would love to tell my story on your channel. You are a miracle worker and when I watch your channel, I fight crying tears of joy, because you and the carnivore community saved my life. Dr. Ken Berry, God Bless you and your wife. You two are truth-tellers and stand courageously against the vested, moneyed interests of those promoting dangerous pharmaceuticals and the vegan diet.

I sat through it because one of my clients had watched it and asked me questions about it. One thing that stuck out for me was how much muscle mass was lost by many of the vegans in only 8 weeks. The "nutritionist's" response was chiding them for not eating enough, which is typical for mainstream health gurus when their protocol fails- put the blame on the patient on the protocol. Another thing that stuck out to me was their emphasis on the omnivores' cholesterol as the primary marker of mortality without comparing apples to apples. The documentary did a good job in duping people with well orchestrated scripts with fanciful words, deceptive numbers, songbirds singing songs of joy around the main characters, and phantasmargorical promises to all those who join the movement.

I don´t eat much (couch potatoe meets home office...), but I really didn´t so before I went carnivore. Before 07/23 there were quite some carbs in my diet, especially sodas, and I was just below 90gks, blood sugar spiked to just below 140 two hours after a meal, blood pressure up to 155/110. Then I skipped the carbs, upped the fats and now I´m at a stable 76kgs, blood sugar´s around 95-110 and fairly consistent, blood pressure between 115/78 and 135/80, the pain I sometimes felt in my joint has pretty much gone away and my brain seems to clearer. In a week I go through at least thirty eggs, seven steaks (often fatty ones), 14 mini salamis and sometines a big one, half a pound of lard and maybe 1/8 pound of ghee. The only things not carnivore are the one tablespoon of sugar in the 2-3 coffees and the one-portion pack of rice per day. According to the official narrative my health should have deteriorated, but it improved.

Had trouble with constipation at first but my body got regulated after a while, now I go every morning again as before. I eat two eggs, 3 bacons, two link sausage for breakfast. I eat some variety of meat , steak, burgers, broiled chicken, oven pork products for supper. Nothing for lunch. I am never hungry, never ever, even before supper. I feel great. I do have scary higher LDL! I am working on my sugar trying to get it lower. My doc believes in statins, but I don't and have been off statins for a year and a half. I don't take anything for my type 2 pre-diabetes for two years. I do take a mouthful of virgin olive oil every morning.

I was vegan for a year, then vegetarian, then pescatarian and all the while, my joints were killing me - I was skinny when vegan yes, I don’t know how my “insides” were because I didn’t check them at the time. Then around 45 I started to gain weight, and for the first time in my life I was obese 😮- my 5’3” body got to weight 265 pounds, I was miserable on the inside and I made the ones around me feel it too :( it wasn’t until 2020 that I started keto and one day I found myself, even though still obese, going down a flight of stairs without holding the rail and with no pain- it was a game changer for me!!! Not having knee pain is so amazing!!!! Now I’m doing Dr. Berry’s 90 days carnivore challenge- I weighted myself and measured myself to have a reference when the 90 days arrive, so looking forward to it! Veganism is BS, the amount of crap they add the food is disgusting!

I have been researching what is consumed on a carnivore diet, from a pure nutrient perspective. I currently eat about 3000 calories per day and primarily grass fed, beef, liver, eggs, chicken thighs and bacon. Based upon that, I have minor deficiencies in the following: Sodium 1500 milligrams 1200 milligrams Potassium 4.7 grams 3.5 grams Magnesium 400 milligrams 235 milligrams Vitamin C 90 milligrams 40 milligrams Vitamin E 15 milligrams 12 milligrams That puts them all in fairly healthy ranges and easy to supplement if I feel the need. Sodium, add salt to meats. Potassium, eat more bacon. Magnesium, supplement pill. Vitamin C hasn't been an issue but would eat local berries. Vitamin E, more eggs. If I want to obtain the same from plants, I have to eat tons of plants that will end up spiking the heck out of my glucose levels, not to mention the inflammation. Let's not forget all the processed foods that we are not supposed to eat due to health risks, such as the fake meats for protein and aminos which adds further health concerns. Lastly, the environmental damage to the ecosystem from the pesticides, killing local animals to the crops can grow, pollution from mass shipping, etc. It's all more propaganda nonsense. Like big pharma, they all sell more lies to keep people sick and them rich. They failed to mention any of the actual issues with their plant based approach. It was such garbage and felt like an predatory attack against women, attempting to mess with emotions and plant fear.

I found the messages are far more subtle for children. They use eye candy, showing fun, fashion, friends, flirting, beaches, parties, beautiful people everywhere, fancy cars, you know, all the intrigue to make children want that life. As one boy yelled in the theatre while watching Barbie, "this movie just gets stupider and stupider,"...I agree.
