Congratulations Dr Berry! I was once a high speed medic in the oldest SOF unit on earth. I have always lived by the Soap and water and fresh air and sunshine rule! Soon as I had the means we quit buying factory processed foods and make ours the old fashioned way! As a trucker it is hard to live a carnivore life but I do the best I can. We can all our own meat products like corned beef spam bacon and on and on. I no longer get gout every other week and generally just feel better. We grow our garden and raise our cows. Soon to add chickens once we build our new house. I have not hunted in years but am going to start harvesting deer and waterfowl again next year. People need to go back to living as their great grandparents did! For me it is just my grandparents. We used to go to Sunday dinner and my grandparents would harvest a chicken or two and fry them up in lard or tallow. The only cooking oils we use are animal fat oils! Just makes everything better! We render our own fat so there is zero preservatives in it and life is good. My wife is a city Girl and never had a clue where things come from. After teaching her the old ways she throws me out of the kitchen now days. I get to trim things and get rid of the silver skin and that's about it. I do get to sharpen knives and reduce primal cuts plus do the BBQ ing and make sausage and things like that but for the most part she has taken over all the things I enjoy doing and always took for granted! Doesn't bother me a bit I just get more time to do my reloading and F*ck off! It is a much better life than what the Government tries to force us into!

In october of Twenty nineteen my liver counts were sky high. My doctor was insisting on Biopsies and some pretty drastic solutions. I asked him if there was anything I could do myself. Then he said you could stop eating sugar, but you won't. I came home and had a talk with myself. I Started researching and found your channel. I went through my house and threw out everything Harmful, Including flour, sugar, starches, Bad oils, etc. Ninety days later, I had lost sixteen pounds and my liver counts were normal. A year later, my liver was healthy and my liver counts were at the bottom end of normal. I will never go back. I am seventy four this year and feeling better than I have in many years. Ultimately lost about thirty pounds. Also felt healthy enough to start lifting weights and Walking several miles a day. I began doing exercises, I hadn't done in a long time. I truly believe that changing my diet saved My life. Thank you.

when I go grocery shopping, every day I see obese people who pack the worst foods in their shopping carts and think to myself, I was there once, but no more! 27 months on Keto, my blood tests have improved showing I am no longer type 2 diabetic and can enjoy life without stuffing my face with junk foods. Thanks Dr. Berry, I wish my Doctors were like you, (psssst I don't tell them I take a bare minimum of Lipitor 10 mg a day, just enough to reduce the LDL without any side effects. Taking K2 now and Nattokinese since I have a diagnoses of aortic stenosis. and none of these doctors have no clue as to the alternatives supplements from the standard big pharma meds which are basically a band aid solution).

For many sadly they don't find the right path and suffer the consequences of a poor diet. It is not so much their fault; the main fault is the garbage marketed as food and "healthy".

Great message, Dr. Berry! “Sometimes we just gotta get outta the way…sometimes you gotta clear some stuff out first”. I’m low carb/keto now and starting carnivore with BBBE Jan. 1. Looking for relief from anxiety, depression, joint pain, food addiction and (hopefully) break the cycle of dementia in my family I will get rid of some stufff…and get outta the way Jan. 1!👍 Thanks Dr. Berry!❤🙏🏻❤️

Good for you! I've just reached retirement age, and wish the information was available when I was younger. You CAN break this cycle. I'm the first woman in my family to be medication free, and not obese at age 65. Healthy eating really is key. You got this. Love & light to you, from Canada. x

Look into Morley Robbins and Dr. Chris Palmer as well. The toxic non-food iron has stored in your tissues and is likely causing havoc. I’m doing intermittent fasting, renutrifying and detoxifying. I minimize good iron consumption as I detox the bad iron from my cells. I do eat a variety of organs from pastured lambs and goats to ingest food-based copper and the substrates required to complex it into its activation protein/enzyme ceruloplasmin. Destressing is key as well. Good luck re-energizing your mitochondria

Not understanding the "I got blocked" title in the thumbnail. And who is Taleb? Not sure what's going on. At first glance, I thought you meant that the "tube" was shutting down your videos like they did to Dr. Berg. Hope you're able to keep your freedom of speech!

Hi Ken. Wonderful video. I would love to walk your property it is beautiful. I have wonderful memories about walking the woods in the fall with my Dad hunting grouse, and working with him on our lake property. The life lessons in this video are true in any culture, any place, any time. We are all part of the world's ecosystem and need to stop fighting and killing and come together, help each other in life.

I've been Type 1 since 1955. Although my needs are specific those needs can apply to everyone. Proteins from fish, mammals, and plants maintain the ability of humans to rationalize. Unfortunately many humans don't use the rationalizing component of their abilities.
