You should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

I was impressed by the way they made it with only natural materials to match the surroundings and even made a bay window! The dog with you is also very expressive, and you can tell that he trusts his owner. I felt they were a very nice family! Words cannot express how moved I was! Make sure to learn good deep breathing techniques (inhale through nose over 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale out of mouth over 4 seconds and repeat), this will send signal to brain that everything is okay, so don't feel anxiety. 😉

If it helps generations tend to change from how they grow up. Like when ppl spent their childhoods in nature or with friends and are now addicted to phones or staying in doors, naturally since (mainly gen z) are on phones and inside during our childhoods, we'll probably end up more outside or our next generations will

This is a wonderful video! Love the intensity of that Shepherd pup! Knowledge of what plants are edible out in the wild is a very valuable skill! I found the design of the shelter so beautiful! I must remember to add a good sized spool of wire to my “bug out” stash!
