I'll expain why the Rampage Contact effect was taken away. Because the rework to the effect made it far more powerful. Before the rework, a unit being inflicted with rampage would also have to suffer damage before the controlling player loses control over it. Now, if something inflicts rampage, the controlling player will lose control over it until the source of the rampage is gone.
The world needs more commentators like Indy. I had to remind myself to watch the fight instead of rolling on the floor laughing,
Really GG 😅
Wait? Wood Elf Navies aren't just Wood Elves riding the backs of swimming Treekin. I'd definitely pay to see that.
GG

As they say truth is stranger than fiction.
spinning main menu and graphics settings not saving was an easy refund decision for me.
I would love a Dark elf and Slaanesh DlC I love Slaanesh and it feels like CA definitely left them behind the most
I really hope they rethink Keepers of Secrets in the Slaanesh DLC; they're by far the least scary Greater Daemon (which is already a pretty underwhelming unit type) to go up against because they're just so squishy.
Indy going all Australian every time he mentions "Deckhands" 😂
N'Kari is my favourite lord (in battle). The Keeper of Secrets uses the same attack animation I believe. There's just something extremely satisfying about them. *DECADENCE AND DEPRAVITY!*
2:42 I don't know if it's related, but to be short (no Dawi pun pls don't begrudge me) their rampage may have caused other unintentional effects introduced with the newest DLC. In the Gotrek/Felix battle, Gotrek kept losing huge chunks of HP, when my Elspeth cannons were moving, not even firing. He was fighting (only) Witch Elves, did not receive rampage, however he did have an effect "monstrous impact" as if the cannons had shot at him (which it had not). Around the same time he lost ton of life in an instance, out of nowhere. Like if Rampage! coupled with some other traits somehow triggered a cannon impact. But idk
Milk and Cookies revealing some, um, interesting, desires I see.
"d*ckhands". My man, there's an E in there not an I. Deckhands. lol
I actually think that Slaanesh has the best Soulgrinder from all the monogod factions. Highest weapon strenghts, magical attacks, 25 anti-large bonus, loads of AP, and not as squishy as most of the Slaneeshi roster...
tzeentch soulgrinder is the best for sure right now. if you haven't tried it since the patch give it a shot, its good vs all targets, infantry and cav especially. the projectile splits like some other magic missiles, Gaze of Nagash for example. will showcase it soon
The tension is palpable
That was awesome!!!!!
Bruh your commentary and side comments are hilarious as always! 😂❤️🔥
it’s sad, sad, sad that CA has introduced so many patches that we are now basically on 5.1.3 (?) with no COST DECREASE for Slaanesh frontline units, a physical resist DECREASE instead of Increase for Mark of Slaanesh units (??!! what were they thinking 😫😔), and no general buffs for Slaanesh daemonic units (well, Daemonettes got small buffs a few patches ago). CA needs a major head check. Slaanesh units should see serious cost reductions across the board, if nothing else- especially low-and-mid tier cavalry and infantry!
Other games like Steel Division 2 would do such a better job at 40k. It already uses line of sight including how terrain affects it, entering buildings, Air units that don't hover and have a turn radius. SO much better.
land battles rock
Legendary intro
God I need to get better with Slaanesh
wath an agressive match! Lovely!
What a matchup
21:42 calm down bro you'll get a splinter or sum
Hellibron is hella dead
Nah… not going to happen.
R Kelly is definitely a Slaneshi cultist.
It's weird how Bretonnia is basically 80% low tier trash and then 10-20% high mobility unkillable murder machines.
Nice Pirates references 😂😂
I really wish they port the campaigns of Warhammer 2 and even Warhammer 3 back to immortal empires. For example if you could enable "story mode" options in the map setting to enable things like that. Or at least re-enable the final battles of many of the vortex campaigns such as this, final attack/defense of Tor Yvresse and last battles of shadow and blade, etc.
Calling R. Kelly a Champion of Slaanesh is so wild
Ooooooohhhhhhhh Who lives in an old ship wreck under the sea? Rotting Leviathan!
how is this video not 3s shorter?
The opening line was INSANE 😭
Elspeth is a lot of fun in campaign. The long and short victory are extremely underwhelmingly easy, however if you turn on ultimate end times and all factions (with diplo is probably a good idea) and follow the "be war with nobody" goal, you're set for an epic campaign Edit: Did mine on VH, with only a slight boost to AI in battles (I think it affects auto resolve too? Which can be tiresome. At least the stat boosts). So it should be fun even if you've played a few campaigns before. At one point I had a naval invasion from the Black Pyramid into Myrmidens, I went out at see to meet what I thought was 2 or 3 armies, it ended up being 6 or 7 and a lot of manual battles there 😂 The same thing happened after taking revenge against the Chaos Dwarves, set up a base in the mountains near Cathay. Went south to clean up, saw 1 greenskin army, went to clean up. Saw 7 (!!!) more, spammed backspace, had to REALLY min max both movement and stances and manual battles and AI turn vs my turn, to save that army lol (I did not kill all their armies with that army, no way, they also had Waaagh! and it was not my main army, I got to kill 3 or so and then they brought 2-3 more armies in) Also no idea how they were so hidden. Had Outrider + Vagabond + Ferrymaster (always keep them on one hero in the army) The new Master Engineer lords are also nice and to be honest should be better for ALL armies, playing Wissenland & Nuln. I kept confederated lords and Empire Camptains (mostly due to lvl) and only realized later how absolutely amazing Master Engineers are for gunpowder armies. (They also get extra movement in addition to route marcher!!!)
Final Transmutation is weaker than FLOCK OF DOOM and it costs 3x the magic. lolz
its just currently bugged/incorrect values on the regular version. overcast does a ton of damage. they just accidentally got rid of a 0 for the undercast
Glitter bomb going off in hot topic
Once stuff starts routing from Slaanesh, it's so-ul fucked because of Soul Siphon
This makes me want a high elves vs dark elves vs Sleenesh dlc, I think that would be killer
I am surprised you didn’t cover yet the Bloodwrack Medusa's buff.
Holy shit, that turn in the end though! Absolutly mental
gaze of khaine should be buffed, it brings little trade-off for the rampage compared to generic AoE buffs
Love the game and this battle, but just the thought of micromanaging a Slaanesh army gives me a headache😅
Yay for Slaanesh!!! 🥰
Very cool battle!!
I thought Exalted Keepers heal if enemies are routing near them, kind of like Belakor? Or is that maybe a Nkari only thing?
You can see it happening at the end
..hellebron is hellagone would have been much better ❤😂
