Ekansh and Aditya - We are two Orthopaedic surgeons trained in India and now working in and across the UK, with lots of help from friends, endeavouring to provide the help we lacked during our training.
Through this KZread channel, we intend to provide practical answers to day-to-day questions, those which are not found on any website or pamphlet.
Right through our medical education and career, we’ve strongly felt the acute gap of having consistent guidance and mentorship. Our goal is to address this by providing exactly that, right from the nascent years of medical education right upto the point of becoming a true professional.
Our vision is to help budding doctors develop a broad perspective of opportunities, provide key information to maximise and improve results and help realise your dreams

Good video, but gentlemen please let the lady finish her point. Time and time again you interrupted her and once she couldn’t finish what she was about to say.

Hello sir I have a question! If i pass MRCS B while doing my PGship in neurosurgery can i get a ST3 level training in neurosurgery?
Nice informative video ❤
Thanks a lot for comprehensively explaining everything😊
Major bullshitters. Mch is a waste of time. They just try to glorify everything. They had chat group for FRCS, which was utterly useless, the website also doesnt exist anymore.
These guys are just trying to glorify a degree where you work as 1st yr PG and then a 2nd yr PG. The preference and teaching are given to their own traineess (UK PG). Along with the hefty fee your paying. Plus depending upon which trust you are working.
Got a question, after mrcs do you have to build a core surgical portfolio to get into training or you go straight to st3 after mrcs?
Yes there's a full requirements set along with an interview to get into training. MRCS is merely one of those requirements!!
Height kitna increase hota hai
Not used to increase height.. but to grow bone when needed in case of bad fractures

Good for you !!
After passing mrcs a, we receive degree right sir ??? And it's not necessary to give part b exam to receive our degree And with that can we straight away go for dha exams
Thank you for all the knowledge you provide, would you requite experience with hip surgery prior to applying for a ST3 position?
Not necessarily.. but they do expect one to have done a certain number of hemi-replacement and DHS fixation.. !!

Would u recommend doing MCH in UK and then going for MRCS or doing MRCS in the UK and then pursuing MCH there??
You can do both at the same time .. like most people do. Which ever you start earlier is totally your choice based on what your options are
Do doctors can only do MBA in healthcare management?
I am a practicing ophthalmologist from India . Does MRCS ophthalmology Glasgow allow us to get gmc registration?
What salary can we expect in pharma industry?
Sir, what about doing super speciality courses post ms surgery?
It would mean getting into training just like anything else.. and then of course a fellowship at the end !!
Mch student can bring dependents along with them as per new rule??
Which rule are you referring to ??
@@EkanshDebuka in Google ( as from January 2024. International students will not be able. To bring dependents with them to the u.k unless they are enrolled in a postgraduate course designated as a research programme). This what I found in Google. Can you provide me the information about dependents.???
Mch student can bring dependent with them as per new rules ???
Is there any timeline for clearing IELTS before registering for GMC? Or we can do it after MRCS?
IELTS scores have a limited validity and the GMC registration should be done within that period. - 2 years
@@EkanshDebuka what in case of OET and GMC Registration? Limited validity (2yrs) like IELTS ?
@@niz8885 2 years again !
@@EkanshDebuka Thankyou👍
Hi brothers....thanks so much for making these videos...Just wanted to ask if there's any bias of UK people in giving surgical speciality training seats to IMGs ? like I heard that they give surgery seats to their own gradutaes rather than people from abroad. Love.from pakistan 🇵🇰
They have obviously benefit from having been in the system since right from the start but the system is quite fair and transparent for most parts. Obviously some branches are much harder to get into than others
Hello sir, found your video very informative. I'm pursuing MS ENT from India and preparing for MRCS. Is it easy to get jobs in UK after clearing the exam? I've heard that MD branches are preferred more.
Hello sir Actualy If I'm not wrong , u were before in UK I just want to know If u don't mind why u left UK after persuing mch traninig ( as I'm planing to do same training from UK) Thanks
Indeed, I'll be making a video about the same very soon.. keep tuned !!

Omg this video was soooo useful!!! I turned the internet upside down trying to find information on whether Med PG counts as work exp internationally and i'm so happy to get confirmation here!!!
We are glad to know that you found this helpful :) !!
How much time will it take to get GMC registration after I complete my MRCS Part B
It generally does not take more than a few weeks if you have your paperwork in order.. but comes down to getting the requirements sorted.
Hi doctor.. Am i eligible to sit final frca after my edaic and fcai if i get 12 months working experience in UK?
While doing Mmed programme we can give Frca part 1 ?
how to present 2 years gap before post grad qualification exam due to preparation ? Is that taken as employment gap ?
Good morning sir, i am a postMBBS , working at government hospital in India, cleared MRCS part A , taking MRCS part B this September. Do i need to clear ILETS academic test before GMC registration. My goal is to get into plastic surgery training in UK. Please guide me. Thank you
Thank you sir for nice video Is there any criteria of overexperience for speciality training,as in my case i am currently doing MS in india, after my pg i have 2 year bond, which i need to complete... So does this 5year of experience in surgery in india make me eligible for mrcs speciality training?
Thank you.. having more experience does make it harder for one to get into training but by no means is it impossible. If one really decided to go for it, it can be done though the chances are lesser than if you were a fresher
