Well if it didn't have value I would think no one would be coming for it and it would be shut. And the second question- if you're asking MCI / NMC recognition - No

@@kuttuji4684 you can do it after General sugery. However, you're best off speaking directly to the course in-charges. Write then an email and they can clarify !!
