Covid and its impact on professional and personal lives of Doctors in the NHS

Aditya, Anirudh and Ekansh get real - they talk about their respective experiences in the past year - on how the pandemic has adversely affected their lives, training opportunities and yet personal lives too.
Its a sneak peak into the kind of unforeseen challenges that came about, the emotional and mental toil it has had and what they foresee will be changing in the future. Training in different cities and regions in the UK, they bring to fore a unique perspective which will surely resonate with many.
We also want to thank all the people, subscribers and those who have reached out to us personally with nothing but good and kind words in this time and given us the motivation to keep at it within our schedules. Here's hoping we've put the worst behind us and hope everyone stays safe !

Hi guys, I am a fellow Orthopod with an MRCS. Could you please advise on which should be my first job? Should I go for SHO or can I apply for Registrar jobs? Kindly help.

Hi, if you can, a Reg job would be ideal but that might be hard to get in current times. As such, many people opt to start as an SHO to get into the system quicker and then work their way up to the Registrar level. Hope this helps !!
