Might be late to this party, I don't feel like reading 270+ comments. For an attempt to make accurate measurements on the clay briefcase, add some flat bar to the front face of the case that is welded to the frame and stencil on some grid lines. Then make a jig your depth gauge can mount to that uses that front face "picture frame" as a reference surface. For those familiar with woodworking, think of it like a router sled for flattening. From there, load the plate, take measurements of the plate's peak points after securing, log it, let the booger hook and the bang switch do their thing, measure the depth, subtract the plate thickness, and BOOM, reasonably accurate measurements. Or just keep having fun, I was entertained.

I made a plate similar to the hexagon tile idea but I used neoprene surrounding it; and put a mixture of tire sealant, mixed with baking soda 1095 carbon powder and concrete powder, that is then faces with a layer of neodinium magnets along the tiles. This "packet" is then backed by a few layers, kydex, 3mil titanium, and 3mil of write in rain paper. Fiberglass layers mixed with aramid carbon weave. Then sealed for a total thickness of around 1.5 inches and weight I forgot to weigh before I destroyed it with a 50 bmg. It held up well I completed my test with the clay aswell

@@ReptileRescue There's no doubt that MK262 Mod 1 is a true match round and superior in precision to M855A1, but it's primary role is precision, and it's terminal affect is not guaranteed. Sometimes it has a short neck, other times long. M855A1 will defeat various types of personal body armor, and other various barriers, better than MK 262..

7:00 I have the M&P 5.7 and I have to agree with you about the ergo. I don't think it's just the width like you mentioned, but rather the ratio between width and length that makes it feel uncomfortable for me. I actually think the grip would feel better it was a bit thicker so that my first knuckles would line up with the front of the grip. As far as loading the magazines, I just purchased my 5.7 a few weeks ago and it came with a very rugged looking speedloader that makes loading magazines super easy. I don't know if this is something they started doing recently or if it's always been included.

More woke Army insanity environmental protection bullsh*t. New rounds are more expensive because they use materials other than lead because you don't want to contaminate the environment with lead. But wait, aren't bullets in the Army designed to kill people and they are worried about hurting the environment? The M855A1 is another example.
