Здравствуйте. Подскажите, будут ли уроки на вашем канале по Blender в geo-nods?

Sorry. I don't use Blender very much.

That is some very valuable information right herr thank you! But it is hard to concentrate on what you show because youre not consistent explaining you have a very inconvenient way of explaining and this makes it very hard to watch 😅 but anyway thanks again for this!

Possible to do this without vellum drape? Honestly not a fan of the lack of control with this. But im still new, and cannot get the setup to work using Vellum Weld/stitch constraints
@ProfessionallyIncorrect4 күн бұрын
The vellum drape is a simplified vellum solver. You would swap it for a regular one. But if you can't get the welds to work with the drape, you'll likely have the same issues with the regular vellum solver.

@@ProfessionallyIncorrect Wow thanks for fast reply on slightly older video.. was not expecting that quickness lol but thank you! i went through some more complex constraint tutorials and got it to work with Weld constraints.. if anyone sees this and is having issues make sure your weld points are touching, was my big issue. thanks again for the reply

Another way is Point Generate (set to number of circles you want), Enumerate, Attribute Adjust Float pscale (set to Remap Attribute), and then Copy to Points. This way is likely faster than the loop. You also get all the controls of the Attribute Adjust Float to tweak the distribution of the circles, which is nice. i.imgur.com/B69sfJU.png

Combined should equal the total of the reflection value and the refraction value. If combined is lower, it will clamp these values. Hope that makes sense and keep up the great work.

Wow, such a simple and helpful tip! I've always struggled with glass in Redshift and could never figure out why I needed to crank it way beyond the number of bounces I needed. Turns out I just needed to add one more bounce. (btw how did you find out that it ignores the first bounce? I feel RS has so many little secrets that the docs don't describe)

Hi, I’m trying to export my hair object as a fbx to bring into other software, to do that I have to go to the generate tab and turn to flat, but when I export out I don’t have any hair textures. Do you know how to export the textures?

Unfortunately, materials don't exchange to and from different applications very easily. You could try exporting with USD depending on where you're taking it.

Transparency Depth is not limited by the Combined Depth parameter. You might also need to crank up reflections as well if you need those subtle internal reflections
