    you tell us to let it cool and then you heat it to remove the burnt ones. so it doesn't make sense. the logic is when it's hot to pour boiling water and then it cleans

    I wash my dishes with dish soap, hot water & and a splash of bleach. Would that mix mess up my stainless steel cookware?

    This really helped a lot. I was heating mine too hot and as soon as I put the oil it starts smoking and burning my garlic

    I somehow managed to snag one of the Tom pans before they sold out and it lives on our stovetop now. Using it daily and it just keeps getting better! Cannot even imagine going back to my old smithy cast iron at this point.

    there are only two pans used consistently enough to warrant constant display on my stovetop: the carbon steel griddle and frying pan. these changed the game for me!

    Cooking time per pound? I usually get a 3lb bird for just myself and a 4-5lb bird when I'm cooking for more people.

    Hey bro, thanks for the vid! Just wanting to confirm. When applying oil for seasoning, do you have to wipe the oil off as if you're getting rid of the oil before starting the seasoning process?
