    I had my TKR right knee in February of this year. The first 2 therapists were ok but after I was done with my therapy I felt the same. So I've decided to switch this facility and went with another one but for the same company because when I went back to work with restrictions it didn't help at all with my walking these hallways at work. Anyway I'm glad that I switch because I know without a shadow of a doubt that I did the right thing. I feel confident in knowing that I will get my knee bending at 120 + ° and knee extensions back 100° for sure this time.

    Eso no es una sissy squat, la espalda tiene que estar alineada con el fémur. Es decir, la cadera apenas tiene que estar flexionada.

    I was told that I shouldn't walk barefooted with plantar fasciitis. Also, are there any other exercises you can do if you can't lift your knee on your leg or if you can't do the exercises where you lean on the wall with your leg behind you to stretch your calf muscle. I have carpel tunnel in both arms and have severe osteoarthritis in both knees !

  • @qualm43
    @qualm436 күн бұрын

    Plantar fasciitis is largely psychosomatic for many sufferers... Myself included.

    Ortho surgeon ? Whaw. I went to see an ortho surgeon for my issues. After diagnosis he proposed surgery. I asked if there are any non surgical solutions alongside. Answer : I don’t know. I’m a surgeon, not a physical therapist…. Months later I learned that a majority of such surgeries do not yield lasting results. Now there’s this one who knows how to fix the problem without surgery ? If it didn’t happen to me, I wouldn’t believe it.

    Good info but the issue a friend has is swelling due to a non-injury.i.e. woke up one morning and bingo swelling just above the kneecap that has lingered for over a week.

    Why did this channel remove so many great videos? A few of the hip, shoulder, and ankle strengthening mobility videos were becoming staples of mine and now they're gone forever smh

    Tighten the back, pull shoulders back and down, tighten the core, push the straight leg way back and tight, tighten the glutes, keep a neutral neck, toes very close to the ground but not touching, hold for ten seconds.

    I am 63. What does it mean I can easily do it with right leg under but with the left under I cannot get up at all. Is it just that I am righthanded or is it something one should be worried about?

    I could get up off the floor with no hands if I really had to (clumsier version of this with no rocking back), and could get down by reversing it. However I find it easier and faster to just use my hands to help me. If you can get up off the floor somehow, that's all that matters surely (I'm 62).Cannot and probably never will, get up/down just by crossing my legs and literally going up/down without using knees.

    Love this channel. Exercises here are just like the stuff my doc made me do back when I had to deal with thoracalgia and some mild skoliosis - never been in pain since. I’m taking interest in bodybuilding now and trying to be careful. I’m refreshing on beginner exercises and making sure I do stuff correctly. I think this is a nice warm up before gym.

    Niesha453fd is a porn bot and you report my comment to it for harassment while leaving it's comment up, which is just an advertisement for it's porn website? Nice work! Is that something you're doing "for women", too? lol

    Being a runner I used to train these a lot, but my orthopedic surgeon does not recommend these due to the risk of patella tendon and meniscus injuries. What are your thoughts on this? I see a lot of conflicting opinions

    yes. daily infusion of health is a video i will personally need :: now for a rant 😅:: i am simply tired... all the time. and i don't have the time to be sore and unable to move... but when i do work out that is exaclty what happens. i am so sore i have difficulty moving the next day. school age me... man... i was ALWASY moving, even when i was out partying through my 20's i was still active but getting some weight because if the bar culture of food and drink.... but when i got that first desk job, when friends were settling down and having kids... i had nowhere to go and nothing to do. and the weight bumped up, the endurance went down. i used to be a fidgeted , getting tones of NEAT in.... i don't even fidget anymore. ... im just at my desk... typing away. so i get tired quickly, dont recover from soreness quickly, have no accountability, stress eat, and can not for the life of me stick to working out.
