    Excellent!! My old cycling knees are liking the workout...feelings this workout better than heavy weights..and the Four Exercise make it a healthy Knee Routine. Thank you...

    Great video. Currently teaching seniors classes and have incorporated all of these exercises with the exception of the glute bridge. Is there a modification for that? I have participants that can’t get down and up from the mat

    A modified glute bridge could be performed by placing your hands on either side of the seat of a chair behind you and then squeezing the blues with the arms straight to enter the Table position.
