    If you have any doubt what oils are healthy or not, look at the price tag! The nasty stuff is super cheap! That's why they use them in prepackaged baked items.

    What are your thoughts on smart watches? I had a negative experience recently and stopped wearing mine. The scanning of our skin cannot be good longterm. Did some research, but couldn’t find much except a personal experience blog from another person, which was helpful and similar to my experience. Thanks.😊

    Interesting video. Oth, I’m a T1D. I minimize my use of sucralose however refined sugar would be worse for me. I’d have to pump insulin for any use of sugar. I’ve tried stevia and monk fruit and truvia etc but they taste awful and leave a horrible taste in my mouth. I do avoid carbonated anything. Could you do a segment on hydrating packets? There are loads out there but few bits of real information.

    QUESTION RE K-PODS: I purchased a stainless steel filter cup for my Keurig, and I open/empty the pod coffee grounds into the stainless stead holder to avoid the aluminum/plastic toxins. I find the pods very convenient and keeps the grounds fresher than a large bag of coffee I can't drink up fast enough. I also use the grounds from the pods in my fresh-press at times. My question to you is, is the coffee grounds themselves, from the pods toxic?

    I tried out the Allulose and it was ok at first, but after a few weeks of just adding to coffee, i am have digestive issues at the end 😟. I have ceased using for now to see if that changes, so far so good 🤞

    I tried Allulose in tea and didn't like the taste. It didn't seem to really sweeten it very much. So I use Stevia or Monkfruit sweetener. I have used Allulose for baking though, and it is so much better than Stevia or Monkfruit sweetener.

    uncommon take, I am a big proponent of quitting caffeine. It seems impossible but had MASSIVE positive effects. my blood pressure went down about 20 points. sleep is better, no acid reflux, gut health improved, no more afternoon crash, anxiety SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. ALL around nothing but benefits.

    If you get Community Coffee where you are, try their 'Intense' offering. They almost specialize in strong coffee... their dark roast is a bit much [for me], and doesn't really compare to anything else I can think of, so...I don't know how to describe it.

    Costco has Ecos laundry detergent for a great deal! Also, I buy vinegar and baking soda and clean and deodorize with them. And for natural air freshener, I use essential oils I find at tj maxx and marshalls for a great deal. But of course, if you have pets, do your research as some can be harmful to pets.

    It doesn't take that long for a used coffee pod by the brand San Francisco Bay coffee a Roger's Family company to produce Drosophila flies. I haven't had one since. It's been 3 years so far. It's not healthy for the physiological process to intake fly mrna/DNA.

    We have well water.Stopped the plastic bottles. Invested in a whole house water purifying system, expensive but well worth the cost.

    Drinking water has slightly different needs than other waters used in the house. Our drinking water actually needs to have some minerals in it so that we benefit from vitamins actually getting absorbed along with that. Vitamins and minerals are both needed together for absorption.

    I buy a lot of those pre-cooked rice bags. I was very disappointed to find that they all use seed oils. Even the packs of wild rice and the organic had seed oil. Not sure how to avoid this unless I cook my own rice.😥

    Apple cider vinegar. dilute with some water and put in a spray bottle and spray directly on the scalp and massage. It is wonderful for dry scalp and dandruff in my opinion and it doesn’t make your hair hard either

    Brita filters do suck, but I have a Philips one that claims to remove some microplastics and other stuff too. Is it perfect? No. But if you don't afford the RO machines yet, it's better than bottled water and tap water.

    I have a pale complexion, and i avoid the midday sun and wear a wide-brimmed hat and long sleeves when i am outside. I find I have very little need for sunscreen. I just use a little zinc oxide on my nose, chin and neck.

    Canola is the worst. No wonder why people and animals get Lipomas. It is so highly processed and that ‘beyond beef’ made in Canada, fake meat that has canola and it taste pretty good but once again, it’s canola. Do you think they would put safer olive oil in it? Oh no that’s too expensive.!!

    Hola Bobby; sobre los aceites, aun cuando sea avocado oir o olive oil ; debemos revisar de donde es transportado; porque muchos aceites viajan por varios paises, y en cada pais es diluido con otros aceites, hasta llegar a USA y ser embasado ahi...entonces, entre menos paises origen es mejor, El aceite de aguacate que escogiste, es de los mejores, pues solo es producido en Mexico

    Bobby I have a question regarding Aldi's produce and grains. Ever since the horrible toxic train wreck in Ohio, studies have shown that up to 16 surrounding states have been affected by the chemicals and toxins that were released into the water, soil and air. I think most of all these produce and grains are from the Illinois area and so I'm wondering what you think about the effects of the East Palestine train disaster in regards to our food supply?

    Most vitamins you get from foods you eat. Unless you have a deficiency you dont need to take them. This said from someone who does have a degree in health and wellness, kinesiology and has taken actual nutrition classes.

    Yes mineral sunscreen does penetrate the skin as well as chemical into your blood stream but I like Korean and Japanese sunscreen with advanced filters that don’t compare to ours here in the USA they are far superior 😊
