    to build on THE WORD IS THE ANSWER, NONE CAN BUILD ON NOTHING, I PRESUME OR GUESS SO BECAUSE I HAVE FAILED. THERE IS JUST THAT ONE ANSWER NEEDED AND THERE HAVE BEEN VARIATIONS FOR THIS, WHICH CLEARLY ARE NOT THE ANSWERS, FOR THEY NEVER HAVE. YOU NEED TO FLESH THEM AGAIN. THUS BEGINNING IS IN THE WORD AND BUILDING IN THE WORD. So then from Egw writings to the truth stated in them pointing out the source of problems in our world in various ways (Important to study as self talk reveals about this facts and know) to how the world has gone about solving these problems (How the world is solving and managing these problems in 'sums' to the best of the solutions that are, which are more close to the nature that defines such results as are known and seen or thus the problems and the better and so on) within this context in all its reason and exploration of connected ideas and so on to finally understanding the true solution there is for this problem in THE WORD AS GOD HAS GIVEN IT AND HENCE NOT THE NOTHING OF THE WORLD BUT THE REAL AND SUM OF SUBSTANCE AND TRUE OF THE WORD AND THUS BEGINNING FROM THE WORD; for indeed there is nothing else again, you have explored all the horizons of the horizontal in your aiming to get higher and higher and the vertical from THE WORD WHICH IS THUS THE TRUE TO LEARN AND PROCEED BY THE TRUE AND REAL OF THE WORD. HENCE LIVE BY. For indeed the horizontal is not true nor can give nor provide THE REAL ANSWER UNLESS YOU CEASE FROM SEEKING THE HIGHER and the STILL HIGHER TO REST IN EITHER THE HAVING-FOUND THINKING OR NOW HAVE OR REST IN A GIVING UP IN CONCLUSION THAT YOU HAVE REACHED THE END AND THUS TO ESSENTIALLY WHAT IS WRONG AND NOT A RISING HIGHER BUT A STAYING DOWN, REMAINING THE FORMER SELF BEFORE BEGINNING. SO THE WORD, SO CHRIST IS THE ONLY TRUE ANSWER. So egw writings, the truths for which many problems in the world today are explained and hence kind of point where the effort needs to begin or made and thus seeking to see efforts that have been made in this area and truths or reason most close to the nature here, to serve to develop solutions for them and thus efforts in their regards that have been made, and then we come to THE TRUE TRUTH THAT TRULY IS THE REAL AND FULL SOLUTION FOR ALL THIS. For the world where human reasoning has tried to pull out solutions or most closely to true explain the problem but the sin problem is without solution apart from CHRIST WHEREIN THE SOLUTION beyond all the rights of this world and its betters make the whole person whole and truly reach for the TRUE RIGHTEOUSNESS AND THE TRUE BEST. These never get any real as concerning this issue nor solve the real problem. You get the problems which are the real that now are explained whose opposite is empty or really how to solve them truly is not in substance but have to fill in the substance. Essentially you get to understand more clearly how the problems came but without answer. If you have failed for so much time, you even don’t get to understand how to begin though problems are usually common to man, none can help indeed and essentially you realize there is not help in this world but in GOD when you trust in HIM to lead you to real success. What you see in the world is explained and in sum, sum of what you may come to know of it or find reasons for them but this doesn’t make reason, the laws and rules to establish the TRUTH OR THE REAL-REALITY but are instead the reality-real. But in GOD we find THE REAL SUCCESS. What does real success mean? To be accounted of GOD as HIS OWN TRULY.

    John has a point there, if all doctors advised there patients to do the right things soon they would run out of patients. But at the moment the majority of people in the world need some good advice of foods and exercise to get their health back and get rid of side effects from food choices and medications. The truth is that the mass market will not change so processed foods and big pharmaceutical companies will send billions of people to doctors until the governments and people don’t have more money to spend.

    John had a great and rich life with a great family and friends, even if he as a young adult suffered some injuries. He was able to turn things around and prolonged his life a lot due to healthy foods. It’s not how many years you live, it’s the life quality and health during the years that you get that is the only thing that counts. Here John is a winner. Living another 10 or 20 years with poor health is not an option.

    I suffered from metabolic syndrome (obesity, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood sugar). I went whole food plant based no sugar oil or salt and I lost 65 pounds, all my conditions greatly improved, my gums stopped bleeding, and erections and energy returned. I used to have an appetite that was never satisfied; whole foods cured it. I no longer use a sleep apnea machine. Finally, the food is cheap-Beans, lentils, rice, potatoes and seasonal apples. Also, I save money by not having to buy pills or visit the Doctor. I am thankful to all the vegans who suffered attacks to reveal the truth to me.

    Helpful video, but in regards to poor sleep, a drop in estrogen levels is often times the culprit in peri menopausal women. No amount of good 'sleep hygiene' will stop peri menopausal women from waking up at 3AM and leaving them exhausted and irritable throughout the day. Decrease in estrogen is also largely responsible for severe muscle pain that prevents many women from exercising. My cousin only became free of muscle pain and got her sleep back after going on HRT, but this was AFTER a good 4 years of suffering through awful symptoms and implementing all kinds of things to help her sleep and she was otherwise healthy and active. So, if a woman in her 40s-50s is doing everything right, i.e., not smoking, not consuming alcohol or recreational drugs, eating healthy, doing moderate exercises, etc., and she's not getting enough sleep or she can't be as active due to muscle pain, it's time to consider HRT, imho

    Hi Laurie, thank you for this I have only recently found your channel , I started eating plant based about 4 weeks ago I’ve never been a big meat eater but been slowly leaving eggs cheese etc behind, this very morning my hubby & I had been grocery shopping & I said I feel like a pie he went to chemist I sat in car thinking about that meat pie & actually eating it the idea of it was not appealing then I thought maybe a hamburger for lunch ran that thought through again ☹ so I came home put my groceries away an chopped up a sweet potato cooked it in the airfryer so yummy even without any salt or pepper . So happy with myself 🙌🙌

    Definitely! See my post above where I discussed my cousin's journey. It comes a time when many women are not able to exercise or be as active as they once were due to a decrease in estrogen in their bodies which makes their muscles ache. Estrogen protects the musculoskeletal system from inflammation. Estrogen also helps regulate neurotransmitters that affect the sleep-wake cycle and no amount of meditation, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, or routine will help women fall or stay asleep once estrogen levels drop below a certain threshold.

    I’ve been trying to watch all of your videos, but I missed the one in which you mentioned past lives. My parents are from Ireland and my mother used to always joke that we Irish people, especially those of us from the rural west, have a hard time losing weight because we are the descendants of the people who survived the famine, so our bodies really know how to hang onto a calorie. I always thought that was an interesting folk explanation (almost everyone in my family is overweight), considering the studies on starving people in the Netherlands in WWII and how it affected their children, but now I’m going to look for your video in which you mentioned past lives. I’m sure my mother would’ve found that very interesting because in the west of Ireland, where we are from, you can still see tragic traces of the famine in the landscape and the destroyed houses and all the stone walls that used to be around houses that no longer stand thanks to the battering rams of the Brits around the time of the famine.

    Thank you for sharing such important information with us. Unfortunately, doctors don’t always give the information people need and there’s a lot of fantasy and craziness on the Internet, particularly when one does not have access to scholarly journal articles in the medical and nutrition fields. I don’t know what happened to this link, but at around 10 minutes and 40 seconds when you mention your thyroid issue, it keeps freezing and I have no idea what you said. Could you please repeat it? I am recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I’m having a lot of trouble losing the weight I gained since the thyroid issue apparently started last fall when I started having very dry skin, severe fatigue, was always cold, and gained weight despite sticking to about 1400 cal, even while weighing and measuring my food and keeping a food journal on Noom. I would very much appreciate finding out what you said about your thyroid and weight gain.

    @@DrLaurieMarbas It stops at 10:13 after you said you were diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It sounded like you were about to say something about the thread medicine and weight gain but then it stops. The subject is changed by the time I could get the video going again. I tried this on my phone, iPad, and MacBook. If the video can't be fixed, would you please tell us what you were going to say about the thyroid meds? I am on L-Thyroxin but I don't know if that is for sale in America. (I'm in Germany.) Thank you!

    Sorry but you don’t just ‘break free’ from pain, ill health and stress…. That is something that people who have not had long term chronic pain (and the stress caused by the debility from it, would say.) Yes, you certainly can make things easier by being mindful of ourselves in the now. But please don’t get caught up in what I call ‘smiley thinking’…. That if you are mindful that you are going to feel better, have no pain, have no stress - all we can do is ACCEPT the reality of what IS, NOW (including suffering), and just BE with what is happening. Ps. Liked your video, but the title was terrible.

  • @DrLaurieMarbas
    @DrLaurieMarbas5 күн бұрын

    Thanks for sharing. Here I’m not suggesting positive perspective makes the pain go away but turns down the suffering. Pain and suffering are two different things. You are correct all we can do is accept it now but we always have a choice to feed or not feed the suffering.
