What Actually Causes Menopause?

Ойын-сауық

In this episode, I delve into the cellular and physiological causes of menopause, drawing parallels to a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly. I emphasize the importance of changing our perspective on menopause as a positive transformation and share my personal journey through this stage of life. I highlight the inevitability of menopause for all women and encourage embracing this natural process with awareness and a positive attitude.

We really need more information on the physical reasons why the body changes hormone levels over time. A male doctor once said that estrogen levels need to drop because our bodies have already had high estrogen for decades, and now they must drop to decrease our chances of cancer. That makes sense to me, but I don't know if there's research into that since there's been so little research into menopause in general.
