Great workout! Advice: 1> Sound notification prior to switch. 2> Timer logo: Show next position for ease of transition. Nice lil workout though, had a cramp and hit pause!❤✌

@@hectorrosales7030 fuerzas hermano 💪 Empecé de cero, hacer y aprender cosas nuevas! Pero con una decisión firme de querer mejorar y estar bien conmigo mismo, al inicio me costó un poco pero poco a poco aumenté mi rutina de ejercicios. Antes los hacía 1 por semana, ahora hago 4 veces por semana, por las mañanas! Y muy aparte hago música y también estoy saliendo a socializarme un poco más. Ya que por la ansiedad me sentía encerrado en mi mundo. Y resalto esto de los ejercicios ya que lo tomé como un reto, para un cambio en mi vida y también mi cuerpo. Y vaya que me está ayudando mucho, y que algunxs amigxs también me hacen cumplidos 😅 por el cambio en mi físico y personalidad, me hace sentir mejor! Espero te ayude y puedas salir de esa situación terrible, que es feísimo😖. Saludos😊💪💚

@@javiercolosgomez5664 muchas gracias hermano! 😁 La verdad que me ayudas un montón con algunos consejos, o motivación, ya que has pasado por lo que estoy pasando yo.. realmente no sé lo deseo a nadie, y no sé cómo eh llegado a esto, Aveces siento como que toda la sociedad me atacará sin motivo alguno, cómo si me detestaran o algo así.. y eso me ah llevado a encerrarme muchísimo .. entiendo que es mi mente que me está jugando en contra y es una lucha que pareciera no tener fin .. tdo el tiempo buscando la salida.. espero algún día poder encontrarla..!! Утреннюю гимнастику делаю вот уже 34 года каждый день. Но эти упражнения попробовал сделать- каждое упражнение получилось не более пол минуты. Надеюсь, в дальнейшем привыкну и увеличу время.

Remember 10 min workout won't give you big chest!!! If you want big muscles you must lift heavy weights for arms, chest, legs. If you want a lean build use light weights for arms, legs, & chest!!! Also you must a big intake of food for heavy very muscular body!!!
