I just wanna thank you for sharing this home workout content, I literally started this session from January 2023 for every two days and the clothes that used to be sloppy and oversized are now fitting my arm which look way better than before. It’s a really good training if you only have dumbbells at home, I also added pushed ups in my once-every-two-days workout. Arm growth is REAL!!!

Haha that´s not how it works. You can´t bulk up first and then magically lose the fat. It´s simple, you eat more than you need - you gain fat or gain energy to work out harder and build muscle. You eat less than you need and you lose weight starting with fat.

@@mostinteresting6838 you kind of have to figure that out for urself, but u should be able to do as many reps/sets as he said in the video with your choice of weight. For example, I'm a rlly skinny guy (110 lbs at 5'7''), so the maximum i can single-rep curl on one hand is 25 lbs

@@kygo5777 don’t do the same workouts in the video everyday. Give your muscles a day or two to rest and work on other muscle groups. You’re not gonna see results constantly working on the same muscles if you don’t let it heal.
In all my 20 years of weight training, I finally figured out that lifting heavy isn't the point if you're bodybuilding, it's all about the reps. If you're a bodybuilder, go for reps at light to medium weights. You can literally go from no muscle tone in your chest to seeing striations of muscles in your pecs in just 30 days of only doing 30-60 pushups a day. It's all about reps if you're seeking a little bit of strength and a lot of aesthetics from muscle tone. Only go heavy if you're trying to achieve a 90-day PR. If you're a bodybuilder, your PR's should be done once every 90 days, like for instance the 3-rep max for bench press. Leave the lifting heavy all the time to power lifters and people who don't know what they're doing and always getting injured in the gym and have to go to the hospital due to torn muscles, ligaments, all the cartilage in their knees are gone due to squatting over 405lb too many times (even 315lbs can do lots of damage to your knee cartilage), dislocated joints, or a broken femur bone.

nice video. for those of us over 60, we might stay away from these two, though ,3:05 - Latreal DB Rows [ 4x12 ] 3:46 - Front DB Rows [ 4x13 ]. i have been using a bench to get to these muscles but i am afraid i dont know what the workout is called. better for those shoulder joints for us old guys :)

but, even more so, you need to work out where you dont use your joints too much. :)

I’m only 18 and I hurt my left shoulder for a few days doing the lateral rows, so yes I would stay away from that haha

@@jpbutler2220 exactly. why do things that MIGHT damage you? i need to be able to keep working as i go, too, so i am careful about this. there are just so many other ways to work the same muscles and not take that risk :)
