    Started today will update daily Day 1: worked on postures and the workout fell pretty easy. (Do stretch after the workout) Day 2: upper arms are on fire and corrected posture. Arms are even shaking. Nice workout

    hollow-back, no touching the ground with breast and not locked out on top. Sorry to join the crowd, but this is bad execution, wouldn't even know how to define this push-up: (70% range of motion, no touch and hollow-back?)
