The guy cannot know everything about simon but he did not completely miss with his assessment. If we are being honest simon is more towards the negative side than positive even though sometimes he is correct and accurate he is still more of the negative point of view.

If win Champions league then that will mean Frank has been a success and the appointment was right...you didn't even realize you contradicted yourself. You can hate AFTV all you like but fact is that they are doing axactly what the man you are a fan of is doing which is giving their opinions. The thing is though this Chelsea fan is downplaying Lampard’s lack of managerial skills. Yes, Everton is a tough job. Yes I agree Dyche is unique and he has a clear and incredible know how of how to get the best of players that are deemed the runts of the litter, however this guy showed zero tactical know how when he was at Everton. He hardly ever made the right substitutions, his ingame management was non existent. You can just tell he was clueless and yes the squad isn’t great however its definitely better than getting pumped 3-0 at Bournemouth, getting thrashed at goodison, to Brighton, losing to other relegation rivals at home in a decisive manner. We were definitely good enough to not have those results and I do attribute that to just a lack of any know how. If his name was anything other than Frank Lampard he’d be managing Forest Green Rovers. Let’s be real here. He’s only gotten good premier league jobs by his name being Frank Lampard. I think rather than taking these jobs he’s clearly not cut out for he should learn his trade in the lower leagues because I do think he is currently as of now a lower league manager. Same with Gerrard. These two should just go to league 2, league 1 and just learn and study their trade rather than taking jobs they’re obviously not good enough for and its just gonna blow up in their face anyway

First caller was a proper snoozefest 😴

To the second guy; I don't know if Lampard should have been brought back but Potter definitely had to go. I was looking forward to what he can do when he had the full squad available but he dug his own grave when he started playing players out of position. And to the people saying he had a bloated squad, he had the full public backing of the owners. So all he had to do was pick his choice of players from a very talented group and just stick with them. In the end he took too much time to find solutions to his problems. Results in the premier league were bad and there were examples where you could directly point fingers at the managers. And as the first caller pointed out, Lampard actually did pretty well with the squad we had. Even though it was just for a brief period, we were actually top of the league table at one point.
