As a Liverpool supporter, I'm so disappointed in how this is ending. Klopp deserves better, and the leaders on the team need to take control. They had an opportunity to win the league and end Klopp's tenure on a high, and now we're talking about dressing room drama with 3 weeks to go.

Salah, and the front three are the major factors for the slump, but Klopp is responsible for persisting to pick players out of form. The metrics have been clear for weeks. As a neutral this is fascinating to observe unfold as the simultaneous performance drop-off (senior players on down) has been drastically obvious for all to see. There are probably many reasons that have contributed with one of them being Klopp's mental exhaustion. And initially I can only imagine his relief when his resignation became public and the huge sense of gratitude to have the team respond so positively with such fantastic performances... And then without warning the bubble spectacularly burst open. Its too big to ignore, big personalities like Klopp and Salah have egos and they both probably feel that the other is the reason for the drop off. I can only imagine what has exploded in the dressing room exposing this mess too. That all being said, all involved are at heart good people and none of this is with intent. Perhaps this will help force all to face the issue(s) at hand so it can be resolved.
Is Lebeouf talking from the Louvre?!
Midseason announcement of Klopp apparently is a blunder. Turned us into a circus show and introduced uncertainty into everyone in the team; The captain (Klopp) of the ship should steady the boat all the time and specially in rough waters, not rock the situation more. That being said, Klopp has been our edge in the last 9 years, the most important piece of the puzzle that allowed us to compete with some chance for silverware. -Our players as a team is not the best athletically collectively (vs true top teams City, Real et al), but having Klopp as our, Pinch hitter, the guy to extract that little bit 2-3% more is what gave us silverware in the last 9 years. Again Thank you Jurgen.

Nevertheless this feud is pointless, Klopp's out the door and Salah's finished. They should have taken the money the Saudi's were offering and run. This club's done.

It’s crazy that Salah has given LFC 9 years of consistency, loyalty, goals and now just because his been off it for 4-5 weeks LFC fans and pundits are slating the man
Let me explain what happened...This season has seen a subtle shift in Jurgen Klopp’s football strategy, a change that has not sat well with Mohamed Salah. The team’s dynamics have altered, no longer playing to Salah’s strengths as they once did. This shift is the catalyst for Salah’s dip in form, a stark contrast to his usual stellar performances. The situation has brewed a storm of resentment and tension between Salah and Klopp, transforming their once harmonious relationship into a ticking time bomb. The fact that both are set to depart from Liverpool at the end of this season has only exacerbated the situation leading to the spat between them.

Back at the dressing room, all was talked over and understood by both manager and player. What you saw on the side of the field was what we expect from winners. Ask Arteta with his Arsenal team. His players fight one another, tooth and nail, week in week out.
They sold Sadio to make him happy , but ever since its gone downhill, they couldn't even replace him. Both Sadio and Salah were crucial to the team
Mo at his shittiest level is still a huge asset to liverpool. This season which is not his best, he is liverpool’s top scorer, the fifth top scorer in the premier league, has the 2nd most assists in the premier league. Klopp benching him was a mistake when he is still the top scorer unlike Nunez who is supposed to be the “striker” . I love Klopp but he is at fault here.
Klopps announcement that he was standing down was a turning point, whilst there maybe have been an initial 'galvanising'; over the weeks it takes effect on the psychological outlook of the players. Thats unavoidable. I remember at the start of the season myself and a few other liverpool fans all predicted that the league would finish Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool. While you always hope for the best I think most people recognise that City have the edge, as a complete team. - Top 3, I'm happy with that. Looking forward to Slot coming in and seeing what he does and the youngsters coming through. Sell Salah now and cash in whilst he's still got a few good years in him!
Who would not say anything to Salah with that shi@% attitude. He thinks he better than all players in the club. Absolutely disgracefull. He let himself down , his teammates and the club

I think Salah's answer to the press as to what went wrong is right. 'If I speak today, there will be fire', and that is why he did not speak to the press. My problem with journalists is that they read meaning into everything, including silence. If he had kept silent, the journalists would still have had something to say. Can Liverpool, captained by Mo Salah and coached by Jurgen Klopp, be left alone to leak their unfortunate wounds this season. The team's qualification for UCL is still an achievement worthy of celebration!
Why does it have to be a personal thing? I've watched LIV's last 6 PL games and Salah seems to be playing rugby, by shooting over the bar. I get his was injured and didn't look right on his return, but that was expected, but his shooting has been wayward. Maybe Klopp said to him, calm yourself when you're about to shoot, fed up with his ballooning, hence why he was on the bench, but ego couldn't take it, I just imagine Klopp saying words to deliberately provoke him into that stropp. What ever was said, you cannot show that level of petulance to your manager live on TV. He was stroppy towards Mane, they had a frictionous vibe, though Mane seemed good with all other players. If you're meaning personal by that it the words were from a person's mouth, to a person's ear, then yeah it was person-al. His ego went sky high with that huge contract, that GQ front cover, with a supermodel draped all over him, bet his wife wasn't too enamoured about that, but he is past his prime as time is catching up with him, a move to $audi seems a certainty. I read in a comment on here that a top foreign LIV player has put hs house up for sale too, it really feels like Klopp's departure is an end of an era and for not just him.
Its clear that the panel didn't watch the longer version of the clips online. Salah snubbed klopps handshake who is pissed that he was dropped which stops him from going for the golden boot which in turn pissed Klopp off... a similar situation happened with Henderson a few years ago and Mane definitely had this situation with klopp toward the end of his time. The Salah quote is ambiguous

Maybe we can see the clip before this incident happened. This may give different angle to understand.
I like Mo salah a lot, but this behaviour is not acceptable, you never talk to your manager like that especially when it's klopp in his final season and whar he did for him. Hopefully he will apologize.

Klopp went to attack salah, I do not know if you watch the game, what if Klopp said something bad to the man. They both made each other better. Why would salah apologize. Klopp know they were in public, and he went to salah said something and you want him to keep quiet. we all know salah is calm kind guy. this should tell you that Klopp behavior was wrong. As a manager you do not yell or talk to anyone in public. it better to call the person in the office and speak to them in private.

No player is bigger than the club. Mo knows he has been terrible during entire 2024. No matter who he was, he can be dropped if necessary & accept it for the good of the team. The way he threw a tantrum in front of the whole world & not just today but when he was subbed out before too is a disgrace. He is the biggest star & earns the most money but he simply hasn’t been performing. That can happened in football but you can’t behave this childishly. Grow up. Salad actually rejected Koop prior to that spat. Klopp went to shake his hand and hug him before he came on and Salah rejected him. Klopp then went on to hug Gomez and Darwin then Klopp said something again to salah.
When a top striker notices an opportunity and he is unduly criticized by his manager when he asked for a well timed and earlier swap, the emotions cannot be held back. On the other hand, why was it that Klopp wanted to shake Salah's hand and not those of the other players? Does this suggest that he wanted Salah to carry the responsibility of winning this game for which he had provided a flawed plan himself. The stress on Salah was further put on fire by the continuing play that did not allow for the opportunity to substitute.
The players have had enough of Jurgen Flopp clear for all us reds to see right time for the bottler to go his Jose 15/16 era these last 4 years.

i think there is more, and it started LONG TIME AGO, i think it is this type of a situation where every1 kept quiet due to respect or smth, and then 1 time 1 person cracks, cant hold it and all the sand castle falls... bc edwards resigned, jaco buvac or what was he, gone too... and somehow transfer researchers became just a formality and staff picked players according who smashed goals against LFC...

When you win you win as team, if lost as well…. Should not blame each other. Just do best and enjoy till last match. You all have done well for Liverpool.
Carra reckons it was the amount of time he took to get ready coming off the bench.
My guess is Salah is not happy with himself. His pace is nowhere near where it was, dribbling wise he can't get past 1 defender these days, he is relying on key passes and tap ins but his shots are not lethal anymore. And you have his colleagues missing chances and drawing or losing games that they should be scoring, ultimately losing the title and cups. And now Klopp took him off from starting lineup (understandably so, Salah has been underperforming), and his replacement lineup is not winning the game, and Klopp walking up to him and telling him to win the game in certain way, he is tilted.
No the fight started way back before that. There is another footage from a fan uploaded where they where fighting even earlier. Klopp tried to shake his hand before the goal came from Anthony. Then the goal came, Salah went off the rails.. then the view from the cameras in the stadium showed the argument. But I know Salah was really upset about being put late.
3 : 3 ??? Howd you get the score wrong right after the game?? 🤷🤦
He should have made Salah captain.
"Try scoring for once in your life" - Klopp to Salah lol
