    How come some are doing squat clean and others not? That's not fair.

  • @ah7027

    @ah7027

    4 жыл бұрын

    the rule is do a clean. Squat versus power isnt designated therefore either option is valid. In weightlifting competitions you dont have to squat your cleans or snatches. But you tend to lift more weight with a full lift. also like to add that majority of these lifts were pretty solid lifts. The only ones that were bad lifts didnt make the lifts. Mcleod needs some work on his rack because hes almost hitting his knees. But other than that.

    some of the stuff he says is good. Other stuff is just useless. Like at the beginning when he talked about her widening her grip. Literally wouldn't have sped it up. Widening grip has drawbacks to it as well. For me it actually slows my rack down.

    They are tested but cycle of for big competitions like this. One thing that is missed though, not anyone can do this. If you train as hard as you possibly want and take the same enhancers as these athletes, you still won’t compare. They are animals inside their minds and that’s what really separates them from the rest.
