    Only complain about this entire CrossFit games is how much they doubted Ohlsen, over and over again. Hated hearing them say he was opening up to hot or this isn’t smart for him. Fraser had the hardest time this season having to deal with Ohlsen. Stoked for next year and seeing how they both come back

    In my opinion some athlets gained to much weight perhaps even mussels but they loosed cardio (see Vellner or Sara Sig). There isn't much heavy weight lifting in the end

    I think some of it has to do with where they position the judges. They are judging if your chin goes over the bar WHY are they 3 feet below and behind them!?!? give them a damn box and put them in front. at like 20:50 with the higher cam angle you can see half of that gentleman's reps should not have counted.

    Not really more than any other professional sport, runners are hurt often as well. Crossfit as a pro sport is diffrent than crossfit for normal people. People dont really get hurt too bad.

    Any sport has the risk of injury. I mean if you wanna go for horrific injuries, strongman you're lifting huge ass weights if those come down you're kind of done. Powerlifting your guts can fall out of your ass so theres danger everywhere.

    Tian this is not bodybuilding. In fitness there are 10 physical skills, only one is strength, but stamina, agility, coordination are as much as important. Kipping is used only in these “races”, to challenge your conditioning and other skills. During training you do lots, lots, lots of strict movements, like pullups, handstand push-ups, and so on. And you never do kipping if you don’t have the strenght and skill. Never.
