    I'll be making a 21in video since I can't find a single video on it and I'll be making a video with how to prep a mold after you have used one since all outlets failed to show that area too. Stay tuned.

    The best part was how you made no announcement after the sandbag duel, didn't announce a winner, or show a presentation. Plus you allowed a false start and just adjusted the time. Really poor conclusion to this comp, not at all acceptable and must be improved this year.

    Love these comps, but that deadlift up stairs and then down after deadlifting for the competitors is not very clever, very dangerous actually for the guys.

    Of course it shouldn't. You're supposed to test all kinds of fitness in crossfit, that's why you don't see strongmen in there because they can't run like these guys.

    I absolutely love these women, they are SUCH an inspiration. And my mind is blown by what Tia accomplished having carried a baby for 9 whole months and then only being 6 months postpartum. To be able to compete at this caliber and place where she did after her training took a back seat to growing a whole human and recovering from birth and all the rigors of new motherhood is just insane. Hats off!

    really poorly designed event. that track looks like a horrible surface to pull on. the guys couldn't stay low and keep their lower half engaged like a bus pull but rather legs ended up staling and going upright using the arms..not good when 90% of the field bombs the event. not to mention the injury to trey. hopefully they keep this one corraled in the future.

  • @CG-rz2tl
    @CG-rz2tl6 күн бұрын

    I think they had some of the events dialed up a bit much. I know the novelty of strong man is odd/unwieldly implements, but here we have some of the strongest men on the planet unable to get more than 1-2 reps if even that. Fans like to see competition and scoring. Really lack luster when half the field is unable to execute the event.

    Why I do love that sport since bout 40 years now? Coz it doesnt matter where you stand with your weights...u feel very very similar and go through similar things like the very best....doesnt matter if Eddie Hall struggles at 520....and I struggle at 380(at best...xd)...it is the same struggle, the fight against your inner weakness.....there we connect...there we are family, worldwide...love it (62 in a few months)....
