This exercise worked out really for me, just 2 to 3 months i lose 7 kg with fasting one time a day with fruit in a week

In my opinion it would be a lot better to just do cardio. You loose weight by expending energy. This is a very painful way to burn energy but it will strengthen your core

I did plank for 1min x 3 for a week and my deadlifts and front squats felt much easier. I also never did any abs exercises before this because ab workouts are boring for me.

@@madness_237 dont matter if u can only do it for 30 secs or 40. As long as u do it in sets like any other normal exercises. You will build up your strength the more you do it. I found out that doing more than 2 mins plank doesnt benefit you. So i did 1 min x 3 instead. Plus i put my shoulders and elbows a little bit forward for an even more intense core workout. As long as u can feel your abs burning. You will get stronger no matter how many seconds u do it.

You have to mix up the times, I have been doing them 2xs a week 3 sets front and sides never the same every week one week 1minute the next 45 seconds so on. I have went from a 37" waist to a 33" in 7 months also eat properly.

That's the point. Weak abs can cause pelvic tilt, which can make your gut protrude more and fuck your lower back up. He may or may not have lost weight, but he straightened his pelvis out, which had a slimming effect.
