Bro, I seen the stats during the end, but I’m curious, how long did you run each day? I really want to do this.
Inspiring. I’m 37, 6ft, 255lbs. I’m trying to get down back to 200-210. Who woulda knew simply walking could shed so much weight.
This assuming he didnt change his diet
5’10, 192Lbs. 178cm, 87Kg. Not muscly. Been eating more protein than ever, tuna for lunch, rice, eggs some veg for dinners. Sometimes rice and chicken. I’m eating around 1400-1600 calories daily. I have 1-2 cheat meals a week. And drink water all week apart from 1 meal a week. Been working out (mostly just body exercises.) 100 push ups, squats, sit ups. (Or close to 100.) 60 crunches, leg raises, curls, over head presses, shoulder exercises with 15lbs dumbbells. At least 4-5 times a week. Running a few times a week. (20-30 mins.) 3 weeks in Im seeing no difference. I’m also worried that I don’t feel tired, as I’ve been told that’s a sign or losing weight. And I’m also not feeling hungry. What is my issue? So I need to drop my calories again? I’m just wanting to lose fat right now, get skinny/ lean. And start building muscle from there. I also feel like my arm muscles have gotten small even though I’m working out more and eating more protein? Edit, I don’t have much of an appetite, and I have tried the “ripper” brand of fat burners but haven’t noticed any difference. Everyone says it makes your heart race, never did with me. Tried fasting and again it didn’t work. I just weighted myself, I’ve gone up 9 Lbs in a week. How is this possible? I’ve cut back so much and working out more than ever. I’m I maybe eating too little?
When you can finally see your muscles doing work I count that as a Win and Great Progress!

@@BillyBrendan I heard that too, then people had to go and test it and prove that it doesn't. :( Still looks cool though, in a nerdy kind of way.
I just remembered I already tested it on one of my old videos 😂 the 100 ways to run one. It felt faster!

Nice progree make sure to lift weights that challenge you to try and mitigate the sagging of skin and also have 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight you are making great procress its a marathon not a race good luck.

Only noticeable mistake you made was lifting your head up since you are supposed to look straight down to keep your spine straight and work your neck muscles. Other than that, you’re doing great in form.
I think I should start ab training also since I'm already at proper weight (165 lbs) and burn my remaining belly fats in my tummy.
