    When you first introduced METCON workouts on your channel years ago they were super challenging!!! I was afraid of them. And then 12 week program 3.0 had lots of METCON, the madness intensified.     Metcon superfan girl here!!!! I pretty much do metcons and Pilates these days. Perfect balance of pack it all in in each sweat sesh- pump it up in Metcon and mellow it out in Pilates.
