Loved this one! Because you asked what we would like to see, I'd LOVE a 1-2 week program where the only equipment is a band. I travel a lot and don't want to miss out if the place I'm staying doesn't have a gym.

GM. This is great if your joints are sore but you still want to get in that cardio. I felt great this am so I added 3 lb hand weights and did all the jumping. It got my HR up to 131 and went from cardio to fat burning. This is a 20 min bit powerful workout. Thanks again HR! Hope everyone has a blessed Tuesday.
