Oh I just finished this wrokout! My first after one whole month without working out😅. I 100% underestimated the "low impact" part of the title 😂 I am on FIRE! My body is shaking with good endorphines 🎉 I miss daily workouts w Heather!

Jumping really is irritating my joints right now, so this is JUST what I needed!!! My joints are happy and my skin is sweaty!
Really good one; amazing how much sweat can be produced in 30 minutes! Loved the somewhat lighter sets of weights needed (5s, 10s). 6-20-24
Whoop whoop I can now do more as my recovery is done......all healed up. I can't wait to add this new one to my list of 321. Tonight is one of you Pilates Workouts , but tomorrow is a strength day. Thank you for keeping us on our health journey. BTW music is awesome....Cheers to you!!!!
