🙏 Madam. Thank you very much for the nice presentation & looks very effective tool for tummy reduction. Looking at your presentation, I have changed my thought instead doing qued exercises let us do only few for a day on rotational basis. Thus dedicate quite some time each individual exercise as you presented. So that result may be very productive. Thank you very much again

@@mamtalalwani3132 hi, in my perception obviously you may practice these exercises on priority one after another a day after a day and limit yourself to for that particular exercise for that respective day, since I've undergone through hernia and started doing these with doctor's advice only, and Iam very comfortable from then. I suggest better once consult your doctor and conclude. Thanks

मँडम मेरा शरीर का शेफ सब मोजमाप मे है लेकिन आभी आभी पेट थोडा बहार आना चालू हो गया है। तो. आप दिये हूये आसन से फरक होगा

@@yogawithshaheeda Okay I will still waiting. one more thing that I still suffering from lower feet pain, I take one tablet daily before bad, otherwise I canot walk 3-5 mnts then pain gradually reduces down to approx..70% .... kindly suggest me...

@@ugreshsingh2187 in my opinion ur suffering from plantar fasciitis if pain gradually reduces after starting some walk than change ur shoes wear some foam base shoes n do feet stretching exercises
